In this paper, major agronomic traits and grain quality traits affecting rice yield and grain quality were investigated in seven aromatic rice maintainer lines bred in Sichuan and one variety introduced from America. It was aimed at estimating the numbers of gene controlling aroma, the allelism of aroma genes, location of aroma gene on the chromosome, and molecular tagging of aroma gene.

本研究利用四川新育成的七个香稻保持系(D香1B、D香2B、内香2B、内香4B、绵香2B、绵香3B、宜香1B)、一个香稻引进改良品种(泸香90)和一个非香型保持系为材料，研究了香稻保持系主要农艺性状和品质性状对品质、产量的影响，并且通过杂交群体构建对香稻香味性状进行了遗传分析。

结果表明：氧化硅系包埋料的骨料是氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化镁，结合剂为磷酸二氢铵，其900℃煅烧后显气孔率增加，体积密度下降，耐压强度降低，热膨胀增大；氧化铝系包埋料的骨料是氧化铝和氧化镁，结合剂为磷酸二氢铵，其900℃烧后显气孔率增加，体积密度下降，热膨胀变化不大；氧化镁系包埋料的骨料是氧化镁和氧化铝，结合剂是铝酸钙水泥，其900℃烧后耐压强度明显降低，热膨胀明显增大。
