Compare to K type no.1B/1R male sterile line KTSP3314A,homotypic maintainer line TSP3314B and 1B/1R male sterile line K3314A,homotypic maintainer line 3314B at different developmental stages of superoxide dismutase,catalase,peroxidase activity and variety of malondialdehyde content.

利用K型非1B/1R类型小麦雄性不育系KTSP3314A，其同型保持系TSP3314B，以K型1B/1R类型小麦雄性不育系K3314A、其同型保持系3314B为对照，分别对其叶片和穗子在不同发育时期的超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶的活性和丙二醛含量的变化进行测定。

Results: The renal perfusion was increased in diabetes group after the injection of alloxan. The PSI, AUC and ascending slope rate of the curve of the time-intensity curve were increased in 1w and 2w with decreased of HPT; the pathological examination exhibited glomeruli hypertrophy and no thickening of basal lamina. The PSI and AUC in 4w and 6w were more than that of control group; the PIT and ascending slope rate of the curve got closed to normal in 4w and 6w; the intercapillary cells increased. The speed of ascending slope rate of the curve in 8w, 10w and 12w was slower, shown as PIT and HPT delayed; the pathological examination showned increasing of mesangial cell, hyperplasia of mesangial matrix and thickening of basal lamina, followed with obliteration of partial micrangium, glomerular sclerosis and reduce of PSI in 12w.

结果：糖尿病组兔注射四氧嘧啶后肾皮质血流灌注增大，1周、2周表现为时间-强度曲线参数中峰值强度升高、曲线下面积增大、达峰时间缩短、曲线上升斜率升高，此时病理可见肾小球肥大，系膜基质正常，基底膜无增厚；4周、6周，峰值强度、曲线下面积高于对照组，达峰时间、曲线上升斜率接近正常，系膜细胞增多。8周、10周、12周，达峰时间延长、曲线上升斜率减慢、峰值强度减半时间延长，病理出现肾小球系膜细胞明显增多，系膜基质增生，基底膜增厚，至12周病理出现部分毛细血管管腔闭塞，肾小球节段性硬化，峰值强度测值减低。

On the basis of field work and flora analysis, this paper has chiefly discussed the characteristics of Helan mountain flora. The results show: 1. The plant species are comparatively rich, for there are 678 species of spermatophytes in Helan mountain area, belonging to 314 genera, 71 families. Among the 314 genera there are 16 monotypic, 17 oligotypic and 5 chinese endemic ones.

The result of analysis of mineral element of 14 LMTCMs by ICP-MS method also showed the content of Fe have something to do with lung meridian tropism effects. The result of the study of platycodon radix approved the laws too. These laws were used to predict if the marine medicines have the lung meridian tropism effects.2. The Compatibility laws of Medicines and their chemical composition in LSP were studied by mining the data of the constituent herbs and their chemical composition. The results showed that the most constituent medicines of lung system prescriptions have lung meridian tropism. Radix glycyrrhizae, herba ephedrae, semen armeniacae amarum, fructus schisandrae Chinese and their compatibility are common in lung system prescriptions. Terpene, alkaloid, steroid, and flavanoid compounds and their compatibility are common in lung system prescriptions.3. The marine phycophyta medicines of LSP were studied by the same method.

对比归肺经中药及肺系方剂主要化学成分构成，萜类、生物碱、甾体类成分可能是归肺经中药及肺系方剂的主要药效成分；结合君臣佐使药的化学成分构成特点及肺系方剂组成中药的归经构成情况，肺系方剂组方设计应该考虑以下几个方面：一、优先考虑归肺经中药，在应用不归肺经中药时要配伍归肺经中药；二、组方时应考虑含萜类、甾体及生物碱类化合物的中药；治疗肺咳病及咳嗽症状时可以考虑含萜类化合物的中药，治疗气喘症状时可以考虑含生物碱类化合物的中药；三、在确定组方中药或化学成分配伍关系时，君药多考虑含生物碱、黄酮类化合物的中药；臣药、佐药可以考虑含萜类及甾体类化合物中药；使药可以考虑含萜类、甾体类及黄酮类化合物的中药。

The sterile and fertile plants of BC3 generation, derived from the hybridization between sterile line and restorer line and maintaining line, were detected by GISH-dcFISH. The observations showed that the fertile plants were all the Brassica napus-Xinjiang wild Sinapis arvensis monosomic alien addition lines, and the sterile plants had no Sinapis arvensis chromosome.

不育系分别与保持系、恢复系Nsa恢1、保持系杂交后获得了BC3代不育株及可育株，GISH-dcFISH分析结果表明，BC3代可育株为甘蓝型油菜－新疆野生油菜单体异附加系，而不育株中不含新疆野生油菜染色体。

The second group are the mixtures of Jurassic coal-formed oils and Cretaceous-derived oils. The carbon isotope, n-alkanes and isoprenoids compositions of these oils are similar to core extracts from Jurassic coal measures. However, sterane and terpane compositions of these oils show affinity to Cretaceous source rocks. It is deduced that coal-formed oils dissolved the biomarker-rich Cretaceous bitumen of relatively low thermal maturity, and overprinting occurs during oil migration.

第二类原油具有侏罗系煤系烃源岩与白垩系湖相泥质烃源岩混源的特点，这类原油的碳同位素组成、正构烷烃分布特征和姥植比等均表现出煤成油的特征，但甾、萜烷烃类化合物组成与白垩系烃源岩接近，推测是由于侏罗系煤成油在向上运移成藏过程中，受到成熟度相对较低、生物标志物相对丰富的白垩系烃源岩的浸析作用所致。

The specific band EM433 was recovered., cloned and sequenced, and 2 primers of Sequence characterized amplified regions markers, 5 --CGAGACGTCCGAGTC GATATAGC-3 - and 5 --GTCGTCCTTCTAGTGGGTATCCTCC-3 -, were deviced and systhesised in terms of the result of sequence. 41 strains of V dahliae were amplified specifically, 9 nondefoliating strains and 2 defoliating strains could yield EM.
