Based on brief introduction of nutritional components,development,and genetic control of endosperm,it is reviewed on a serial of novel mutations,such as the waxy,dull,misty,sugary,shrunk,floury,low amylose,high amylose, low paste viscosity,high resistant starch,low glutelin content,protein body absent,high iron,low phytic acid endosperms and gene locations of the related mutated characters.

本文在简要介绍胚乳的发育、组成及品质性状遗传的基础上，综述了与淀粉、蛋白质和微营养相关的系列胚乳突变及相关性状的基因定位。胚乳突变主要包括糯性、暗色、云雾状、糖质、皱缩、粉质米、低直链淀粉、高直链淀粉、低粘滞性、高抗性淀粉、低水溶性蛋白、蛋白体缺失、高赖氨酸、高铁、低植酸等方面。

For long-term treatments, the rat administered daily by gavages for six weeks, the results of OGTT showed that guava fruit water or alcohol extracts could reduce the plasma glucose level in the diabetic Wistar rats, however there was on significant difference in insulin level among all tested groups. The results of carbohydrate metabolism showed diabetic Wistar rats administered with 200 or 400 mg/kg BW of guava fruit water or alcohol extracts could decrease more than 15% glucose-6-phosphatase and fructose-1,6-bisphosphatase activities, and it also increase more than 12% glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase activities to reduce inhibitory hexokinase from reducing glucose-6-phosphate level.

在醣类代谢方面，实验结果发现糖尿病鼠灌食番石榴果实水及乙醇萃取物六周后，肝脏醣质新生作用中丙酮酸合成肝醣之关键酵素glucose-6-phosphatase及fructose-1，6-bisphosphatase的酵素活性会降低15%以上；另一方面肝脏glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase酵素活性则明显增加12%以上，并造成glucose-6-phosphate浓度减少，进而降低其对hexokinase的抑制(因为hexokinase受其代谢产物G-6-P的浓抑制)，因此加速肝脏葡萄糖的糖解作用。

To improve spinosyn-producing strain and enhance spinosyns yield, we studied the effects of glycin concentration and the operational time, temperature and lysozyme concentration on protoplast preparation of Saccharopolyspora spinosa SP06081. We also studied different regeneration media and osmotic stabilizing agents.

In order to understand the effect of UV-B radiation on systematic water metabolism in plants, this review outlined domestic and international achievements in the last 30 years relating to the physiology and biochemistry of plants under UV-B radiation, such as root activity, transpiration rate, water use efficiency, and changes in leaf proline and soluble sugar content at different plant developmental stages. The effect of UV-B radiation on stomatal behavior and related mechanisms including a variety of signal molecule (ABA, hydrogen peroxide, nitric oxide, etc.) content and the role of signal molecules in stomatal activity were also reviewed.

为系统了解UV-B辐射对植物水分代谢的影响，本文从生理、生化两个角度概述了近30年国内外相关方面的研究成果，内容涉及UV-B辐射对植物根系活力、蒸腾速率、水分利用效率及植物不同发育期叶片脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量的影响；总结了UV-B辐射对植物气孔行为的影响及相关机理，包括植物体内ABA、H2O2、NO等信号分子含量的变化以及这些信号分子在调节气孔行为方面发挥的作用。

Results: The main iron agents were taken orally in the hospital and some of them were imported. In oral iron agents, polysaccharide iron complex and ferric ammonium citrate were used more frequent, and ferrous succinate was the first choice of treatment of iron deficiency anemia. The iron dextran was used only in the iron agents for injection.

结果显示，我院铁制剂利用以口服铁剂为主，其中部分为进口铁剂；口服铁剂中，多糖铁复合物胶囊、枸橼酸铁铵片应用较多，琥珀酸亚铁片作为预防和治疗缺铁性贫血的首选药物；注射铁剂中，右旋糖酐铁注射液应用较多。
