The treatment group was given YiQiHuoXueFang,while the control group was given TangMaiKang granule.2 months later,we observed the change of clinical symptom,ankle/brachia index,blood-fat index,fibrinogen,endothelial cell function between the the treatment group and the control group.

Random selected 60 patients ,then they were admitted for surgery treatment of Selective Decongestive Devascularization Shunt of Gastrosplenic Region and Splenectomy and Periesophagogastric Devascularization . Base on the difference of coagulation function, they were divided into two groups: Group A: The anticoagulated group ,29 patients , were administered Low Molecular Weight Heparin and Salvia Miltiorrhiza injection, Group B: The contral group, 31patients, were administered for the conventional treatment.

Objective To explore the effects of endotoxemia on gluconeogenesis in livers and kidneys during acute hepatic failure.

During acute hepatic failure severe endotoxemia would damage the function of gluconeogenesis in livers and kidneys by inhibiting transcription of PEPCK and this can induce hypoglycemia.
