Objective:To determine total flavonoids content in the leaves of Acer Saccharum.

目的：本文对糖槭叶中的总黄酮含量进行测定。

On the one hand, because of its strong growth advantage, and other water weeds fight, fight fat, vying for sunlight; on the other hand is due to Solidago canadensis some of the roots secrete substances, these substances can inhibit the growth of sugar maple seedlings, but also inhibit own herbs, including germination.

一方面是因为其强大的生长优势，与其他杂草争水、争肥、争阳光；另一方面是由于加拿大一枝黄花的根部会分泌一些物质，这些物质可以抑制糖槭幼苗的生长，也抑制包括自身在内的草本植物的发芽。

Based on the status of suburban forest of Harbin, 49 well-grown afforesting tree species including 32 species arbor, 16 species shrub and only 1 species vine which are mainly Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica, Betula platyphylla, Syringa oblata and Acer negundo et al, were selected in this study. An information system concerning tree species was established by sorting qualitative index, testing quantitative index as well as referring to other study results.

本论文从哈尔滨市城郊林种现状出发，选择了在哈尔滨地区生长良好的樟子松、白桦、紫丁香、糖槭等49种绿化树种，其中乔木树种32种，灌木16种，藤本1种，通过对树种定性指标资料的收集、整理以及定量指标的实验获得了树种全面、系统的信息。

Methods:We determined total flavonoids contents in leaves of Acer Saccharum by ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometry.

采用紫外-可见分光光度法对糖槭叶中总黄酮含量进行测定。
