Objective To study the Changes of extracranial carotid arteries and proper palmar digital arteries in type 2 diabetic patients with cerebral infarction and its risk factors and to provide clinical index for the prophylaxis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease .

Methods: Vitrectom was performed on49 patients (49 eyes) diagnosed as vitreous hemorrhage. 25 patients(25 eyes) with ocular injury,9 patients (9 eyes) with diabetic retinopathy, 11 patients(11 eyes) with central retinal vein occlusion, 2 patients (2 eyes)with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment, 1 patient (1 eye) with retinal vein periarteritis, 1 patients with senile macular degeneration.

应用玻璃体切割术治疗玻璃体积血49例（49眼），其中眼外伤25例（25眼），糖尿病性视网膜病变9例（9眼），视网膜中央静脉阻塞11例（11眼），孔源性视网膜脱离2例（2眼），视网膜静脉周围炎1例（1眼），老年性黄斑变性1例（1眼），49例患者均行经睫状体平坦部闭合式巩膜三通道玻璃体切割术。
