Young and middle aged male will first outbreak at the first metatarsophalangeal joint,involve in single joint,while old aged male at the knee and ankle,involve in two to three joints. Old aged male always go with hypertension, coronary heart disease and diabetes,the rate is significantly higher than that in young and middle aged male(P＜0.05), while the rale of hyperlipemia is similar in two groups.
