The results of multiple logistic regression analysis showed that the following factors were statistically associated with poor quality of life: dicta with more meat (OR=1.617, 95% CI:1.103~2.369), number of DM complication (OR=2.817, 95% CI:l.696~4.678), cerebrovascular disease (OR=3.073, 95% CI:1.174~8.046), severity of depression (OR=1.924, 95% CI:1.112~3.327), and intake of more legume (OR=0.631, 95% CI:0.4470~0.891) were associated with good quality of life. Conclusions Diabetes mellitus may decrease the life quality of patients in different aspects. Effective measures should be taken in order to improve the quality of life while treating the diabetes mellitus itself.

多因素非条件logistic回归显示，低生存质量的危险因素为：肉类及其制品摄人多(OR=1.617， 95% CI：1.103~2369)、DM并发症数量多(OR=2.817， 95% CI：1696~4.678)、脑血管疾病(OR=3.3073， 95% CI：1.174~8.046)、抑郁程度(OR=1.924， 95% CI：1.112~3.327)，生存质量的保护因素为：豆类及其制品摄入多(OR=0.631， 95% CI：0.447~0.891)，结论糖尿病可从不同方面影响患者的生存质量，在控制糖尿病病情的同时应针对影响生存质量评分的因素，采取不同的方法改善患者的生存质量。

ConclusionThe results indicate that Chinese yam can decrease the blood glucose and modulats the gestrointestine function of diabetic enteropathy patients by modulates the plasma SP and VIP at a normal level .

结论山药可调节糖尿病肠病患者血液SP浓度、VIP浓度，使之趋于正常水平，稳定糖尿病肠病患者血糖和改善肠道功能。

Objective To observe the effect of benazepril in decreasing the urinary albumin execration rate and protecting the renal function in normotensive early diabetic nephropathy. Methods 68 diabetic patients with AER between 20 to 200 u g/ min were treated with dietary regimen, oral anti-hyperglycemic agents or/and insulin till their fasting blood glucose was.0mmol/L and postprandial blood glucose0.0mmol/L.

目的 观察贝那普利对血压正常的早期糖尿病肾病患者尿微量白蛋白的排泄和肾功能的影响方法血压正常的早期糖尿病肾病患者，其尿白蛋白排泄率均在 20～200μg/min，所有患者经控制饮食，口服降血糖药物和采用胰岛素治疗，使血糖控制在空腹。0mmol/L，餐后2h血糖0.0mmol/L。

Methods: First, the ulcerative surface of diabetic foot was evaluated. Then, different neotype dressings were chosen according to different conditions. By using "moist healing" theory, 48 patients with diabetic foot ulcer were studie; while another 48 patients with diabetic foot ulcer, treated with traditional therapy, were selected as controls.

首先评估糖尿病足溃疡创面，然后根据不同情况采用不同新型敷料，应用湿性伤口愈合理论对48例糖尿病足溃疡的患者进行临床研究，选取48例传统方法处理的同类患者作为对照。

It is important to intake the less energy and carbohydrates , litter more protein with good quality, more vegetable tallow and crude grains, fresh fruits , milk, calcium, vitamin B, vitamin C and so on.

由此本课题提出以社区为单位建立糖尿病俱乐部，定期组织患者进行宣教，搞好糖尿病健康教育，制定糖尿病病人常规治疗流程图，对糖尿病人群尤其是血糖控制不理想和年龄偏大的人群需要控制能量和碳水化合物的摄入，增加优质蛋白的摄入，建议多食用植物油，对于容易缺乏的钙、维生素B族、维生素C等营养素应该多增加未精细加工的谷类、新鲜的蔬菜水果及乳制品的摄入；选择含糖量低的水果，同时不饮白酒。

The variation of red blood cell immunity function in the patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus (type 2 DM)(34 case) and diabetogenous nephropathy(31 case) was checked up in this article,undering the control with 40 case of healthy people.The results showed that the rate of floral hoop of red blood cell C3b receptor(RBC.C3bRR) and the red blood cell immunity elevated factor in the DN and type 2 DM patients dropped down remarkably.

本文检测34例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(2型DM)患者及31例糖尿病肾病患者的红细胞免疫功能，并与40例健康人进行对照，结果发现2型DM及DN患者红细胞C3b受体花环率(RBC.C3bRR)、红细胞免疫促进因子显著下降，红细胞免疫复合物花环率RBC。

PPAR γ agonist displayed obvious renoprotective action,the mechanism was complicated, it could improve the metabolism of glucose ang lipid, depress blood preasure, protect small vessels endothelium,improve the system activity of blood clotting and fibronolysis, antiinflammation, otherwise the action was more obvious with the time passed, at the early stage the effective was better,so encourage the patients to take the medicine earily; when the patients with the mediate reanl function failure, Avandia did not display significantly renoprotective action, side reaction had no difference compared to the control group,was not necessary to regulate the dose of Avandia.But because of the sample size was small, we needed a biger sample to confirm the results. We confirmed that Prol2Ala had no difference in control case,diabetic nephropathy group and diabete group,In diabetic group and diabetic nephropathy group, Ala carriers compared to noncarrier all kinds of biochemical indicators were not different,Prol2Ala did not have association with diabete and diabetic nephropathy. But because of the sample size was small, weneeded a biger sample to confirm the results.

PPARγ激动剂对糖尿病肾病具有明显的保护作用，保护作用的机制是多方面的，除了改善糖脂代谢，降低血压外，还具有保护小血管内皮，改善凝血和纤溶系统活性，抗炎症等多方面的作用，且作用随着用药时间的延长而日趋明显，在疾病的早期应用效果更佳，故提倡早期用药；对伴有慢性肾功不全的患者，罗格列酮对肾脏靶器官的保护作用显现的并不明显，但副作用与对照组无明显差异，不用根据肾功情况调整用药，但由于样本量较小，上述结论尚需大样本进行进一步证实；本实验研究得出Prol2Ala变异在健康对照组、糖尿病组及糖尿病肾病组均无显著差异，糖尿病组及糖尿病肾病组临床各生化指标与Prol2Ala变异亦无相关性，Prol2Ala与糖尿病及糖尿病肾病不相关。
