本文综述了近年来现代中医药对糖尿病肾病研究的概况及现代医学对糖尿病肾病研究的进展；总结了导师张琪教授多年临床治疗糖尿病肾病的经验；对导师提出的补脾肾活血泄浊法进行了临床与实验研究及机理探讨。
