Aim To investigate the relationship between the changes of Ca^2＋-ATPase activity in aortal vascular smooth muscle cells and aortic hemodynamics and the possible effects on the occurrence and development of diabetic macroangiopathy.

目的 探讨糖尿病发病过程中大鼠主动脉平滑肌细胞钙泵活性变化与血流动力学变化之间的联系以及对糖尿病大血管病变产生和发展的影响。

Objective To investigate the relationship between intracalvarium arteriopathy, hypersensitivity C reactive protein and diabetes in ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods The levels of hs-CRP and FPG and MRI in 188 patients were detected and the relationship between intracalvarium arteriopathy, hs-CRP and diabetes was analyzed.

目的 探讨缺血性脑血管病颅内动脉病变的程度与糖尿病、hs-CRP水平的关系方法将188例脑梗死急性期患者hs-CRP、血糖进行测定并行头颅MRI检查，分析颅内动脉病变的程度与糖尿病、hs-CRP水平的关系。

Of 28 diabetic patients with chronic Wagner grades I-III foot ulcers without clinical symptoms of arteriopathy, 87% had type 2 diabetes. Average age was 60.2 9.7 years, and average diabetes duration was 18.2 6.6 years. All patients had signs of neuropathy, and their ulcers had failed to improve during three months of full standard treatment. Subjects were randomized to receive HBO, twice daily, five days weekly for two weeks, or to a control group.
