The contents of protein, reducing sugar, total sugar and fat of mulberry leaf after leaf disinfection by bleach powder and Xiaotelin were determined. Effect of bleach powder and Xiaotelin on the orgainc nutrient of mulberry leaf was analysed. The results indicatd that the decomposition of organic nutrient were correlation with disinfection time and dose.
