METHODS: 5 g CPC was dissolved in 2 mL water, and then 0.1 g Doxorubicin microspheres was incorporated into the powder-phase CPC. The column microsphere bone cement was prepared at a diameter of 0.18 cm and a height of 1.12 cm. While untreated CPC was taken as blank control and Doxorubicin control was also prepared.
