METHODS: Two hundred and thirty-eight deciduous anterior and molar teeth from 178 patients were randomly divided into two groups treated with one-visit root canal therapy of METAPEX and zinc oxide eugenol paste.

选择178例238颗需要进行根管治疗的乳磨牙，随机分为2组，实验组采用METAPEX糊剂一次性根管充填，对照组采用氧化锌丁香油糊剂治疗。

Methods: To fill the root canals of the primary teeth using two different material, one group was filled with Vitapex iodoform paste and the other was filled with ZOE iodoform paste.

符合乳牙根管治疗原则者115例（150颗乳磨牙）随机分为两组，实验组采用Vitapex糊剂进行根管充填，对照组采用氧化锌碘仿糊剂进行根管充填，观察两组治疗6个月后的疗效。

Results: Fresh nHA-PA66 paste and polymerized nHA-PA66 films showed no antimicrobial activity to Sm and little to Av and Lc. After mixed with the iodoform, the antimicrobial activity of nHA-PA66/I paste obviously increased, but no significant difference between nHA-PA66/I and CH. There was no antimicrobial activity of HA to the three test bacterial strains.

结果：抗菌实验结果表明，nHA-PA66固化膜片与nHA-PA66糊剂对Sm无抑菌作用，对Av和Lc有极轻微抑菌作用，膜片与糊剂之间无显著性差异；加入碘仿后的nHA-PA66糊剂抑菌能力显著增强，与氢氧化钙相比无显著性差异，常规羟磷灰石对三种实验菌均无抑菌作用。

METHODS: 257 teeth were randomly divided into 2 groups.All teeth were treated with root canal therapy in single-visit.

门诊需要做根管治疗的102例110个牙随机分为Cortisomol糊剂组54个牙和AH plus糊剂组56个牙。

METHODS: The trial group was treated using AH plusTM sealer, and the control group using Zinc Oxide engenol. The gutta percha point was used to fill the canal.

结果：自固化磷酸钙根管充填剂治疗组根充后反应明显轻于氧化锌丁香油碘仿糊剂牙胶尖根充治疗组，临床治疗成功率高于氧化锌丁香油碘仿糊剂牙胶尖根管充填组(P.05)。

The results were analyzed statistically.Results The incidence of post obturation pain after 1 day in zink oxide paste group was significantly higher than that two groups. The pain occurrence happened 5 or 30 days root canal filling were no difference on them. No statistical difference was observed in success rate on them after 1 year.

结果 Vitapex组和新型根管糊剂组术后1天的疼痛反应较氧化锌组糊剂少，且有显著性差异；5天、30天的疼痛反应则无明显差异；1年后氧化锌组的尖周愈合程度较Vitapex组和新型根管糊剂组差，但已无统计学差异。

It may be inferred that the calcium hydroxide paste and Metapex were more effective than the Vitapex in the alkalizing process, and might be the better preparations for apexification.

氢氧化钙水糊剂、Metapex糊剂能在根尖周区更为有效地形成强碱性环境，较之Vitapex糊剂更适于作为根尖诱导成形剂。

Methods: 492 patients with primary teeth disease were divided into three groups randomly, these teeth were obturated with root canal filling paste, paste iodoformzinc oxide eygenol and paste iodoformcalcium hydroxide respectively.The clinical efficacy was observed at 3 months,1 year and 2.5 years later after root canal therapy.
