Results Inguinal hernia diagnosis was 40 cases (rehabilitation of the 35 cases of hernia,incarcerated hernia 5 cases; pathology with a total of 36 cases,the rate of 90.00%),hydrocele 28 cases (of which spermatic hydrocele was 9 cases,testicular spermatic hydrocele 12 cases,traffic and hydrocele 7 cases,with 26 cases of pathology,the rate of 92.86%),cryptorchidism 16 cases (of which 14 cases of unilateral cryptorchid,bilateral cryptorchid 2 cases,with 15 cases of pathology,the rate of 93.75%),inguinal lymph nodes in 12 cases (including 6 cases of benign and malignant lymphoma 2 cases,4 cases of cancer metastasis,with a total of 9 cases of pathology,the rate of 75.00%).

结果 诊断腹股沟疝40例（其中可复性疝35例，嵌顿疝5例；符合病理共36例，符合率90.00%），鞘膜积液28例（其中精索鞘膜积液9例，睾丸精索鞘膜积液12例，交通性鞘膜积液7例；符合病理26例，符合率92.86%），隐睾16例（其中单侧隐睾14例，双侧隐睾2例，符合病理15例，符合率93.75%），腹股沟淋巴结肿大12例(其中良性6例，恶性淋巴瘤2例，淋巴结转移癌4例，符合病理共9例，符合率75.00%)。

The epididymis was collected at 2 and 4 weeks after the operation.

目的 研究血管内皮生长因子及其受体2(VEGFR2)在实验性左侧精索静脉曲张大鼠附睾中的表达和定位，探讨VEGF、VEGFR2在精索静脉曲张致男性不育中的作用。

RESULTS:6 of 148 cases were found testis tumor of seminoma;2 testis cyst ; 5 testis inflammation ; 5 testis traumaincluding 3 laceration of testis,2 testis hematoma ; 4 testis torsion ;25 epididymal masses (including 19 epididymal cyst,5 epididymal inflammatory nodules and 1 epididymal tuberculosis ;44 cases were hydrocele of tunica vaginalis( including 31 hydrocele of testis tunica vaginalis,13 funicular hydrocele); 26 cases were cryptorchidism ; 31 cases were varicocele.

结果：148例中阴囊、睾丸附睾疾病包括：睾丸肿瘤6例；睾丸囊肿2例；睾丸炎5例；睾丸损伤5例（睾丸裂伤3例、睾丸血肿2例）；睾丸扭转4例；附睾肿块25例（附睾囊肿19例、附睾炎5例、附睾结核1例）；鞘膜积液44例（睾丸鞘膜积液31例、精索鞘膜积液13例）；隐睾26例；精索静脉曲张31例。

Results:(1)Distance between two funiculuses on upper edge of pubic symphysis is 65.96±0.42mm, distance between two womb round ligaments on upper edge of pubic symphysis is 64.62 ±0.54mm, two of them have large movement ranges, so firstly finding funiculus or womb round ligament and extending them before operation can protect them.

结果 ①耻骨联合上缘两精索间距为65.96±0.42mm，耻骨联合上缘两子宫圆韧带间距为64.62±0.54mm，两者活动度都很大，手术先找到精索或子宫圆韧带并向两侧牵开，即可保护。

Methods Bilateral spermatic veins and testis volume of 73 men with varicocele and 30 normal men were detected by Color Doppler Ultrasound,and analysed about the correlation between the spermatic vein diameter and testis volume,and the correlation of the bilateral spermatic veins;the volume change of left testis and diameter change of left spermatic vein of 23 men in the case were retrospectively analysed.

采用彩色多普勒超声对30例正常人及73例精索静脉曲张患者的双侧精索静脉及睾丸体积进行检测，分析双侧精索静脉内径之间、患侧精索静脉内径与睾丸体积之间的相关性；回顾分析其中23例患者左侧精索静脉内径及左侧睾丸体积的变化。
