目的 了解抗精神病药物对心肌缺血（s-t段下移、t波低平、倒置）的影响及相关因素。方法自行设计调查表，对我院358例住院治疗的精神病患者进行心电图调查。结果心电图改变以心肌缺血较常见，且与性别、年龄相关。结论抗精神病药物对心脏的副作用不可忽视，应用抗精神病药物时定期监测心电图，尤其是女性患者。
