Forty-six schizophrenic patients,who were first-episodic and never administered neuroleptic agents,were assessed with EPS by the extrapyramidal symptom rating scale and evaluated with clinical symptoms by the positive and negative symptom scale before and after treatment.

以锥体外系症状评定量表对46例首次发作、从未应用抗精神病药物治疗的精神分裂症患者，在应用利培酮治疗的前、中、后进行检查。结果：有6例(13.0%)患者在治疗前就存在明显的EPS，但在利培酮治疗后都未出现EPS。

Assessment on the symptoms of neuropsychosis was conducted before and at the end of 4 weeks and 8 weeks on treatment.
