目的 建立高效液相色谱蒸发光散射检测法分析β内酰胺类抗生素注射用制剂中精氨酸的含量。

The method is simple and rapid, the results are accurate and reproducible, and the method could be used for analysis of arginine in βlactam antibilotic injection.

本法专属、快捷，结果准确，重现性好，可以作为部分β内酰胺类抗生素注射用制剂中添加的活性物质精氨酸的含量测定方法。

In this paper, the ability and mechanism of antibacterial and immune defense ofChinese shrimp was studied using cytological, biochemical, molecular biological andproteomic methods. A sensitive and stable antibacterial and lysozyme assay methodswere selected. The effect of Vibrio anguillarum and laminarin (a kind of beta-1,3-glucan) on the immune ability of haemolymph of Chinese shrimp was analyzed.The changes of total haemocyte counts, antibacterial ability, lysozyme activity andlysosome membrane stability were detected.

本文采用细胞学，生物化学，分子生物学和蛋白质组学等技术，对对虾的抗菌能力和免疫防御机制进行研究，筛选了灵敏稳定的抑菌和溶菌检测方法；并对灭活鳗弧菌和海带多糖(laminarin，一种B-1， 3 葡聚糖)免疫诱导后的中国明对虾血细胞数目，血淋巴的抑菌活力，溶菌能力，溶酶体膜的稳定性进行分析；对两种重要免疫因子溶菌酶和精氨酸激酶进行克隆和表达分析。

Methods: Separate and abstract the effective components of Huangqi (Omni-Saponin、total-flavone) and Danshen (Danshen-ketone、 Danshen-Quinone). Applying L-Arginine methyl ester to pregnant rats by I. P to make Nitrogen Oxide Synthesis blocking models (uterus-placenta-fetus lacking blood and oxygen model or pregnant hypertension syndrome model). On day 12, 18 of pregnancy paunched the rats and took out the fetus and placenta/uterus. Measured the basal BP during pregnant period and BP、protein、basal activity each day. Observed placenta/deciduas ultramicroscopic structure by electron microscope and took count of languishment cells. Measured the expressive intensity of bcl-2、Bax of placental nutrient cells by SABC method.

一氧化氮合成酶阻滞剂L-精氨酸甲酯妊娠大鼠腹腔给药，制作一氧化氮合成阻滞模型（子宫-胎盘-胎儿缺血缺氧或妊娠高血压模型），妊娠第12、18天剖腹取胎、胎盘／子宫，妊娠期测基础血压，每日测血压、蛋白质量、基本生理活动；电镜观察胎盘／蜕膜超微形态结构，并进行细胞凋亡计数；免疫组化检测胎盘滋养细胞bcl-2、Bax表达强度；原位杂交法检测胎盘滋养细胞、血管内皮细胞VEGF、eNOS、iNOS、MCP-1、MMP9（基质金属蛋白酶9）mRNA表达。

术后所有病人PaO2均有不同程度的下降，6例出现肺部感染，6例行纤维支气管镜吸痰，2例通过气管插管给予呼吸机支持，2例行气管切开术，1例酸碱平衡紊乱使用盐酸精氨酸治疗。

objective to discuss perioperative complication and management of patient with high risk copd following esophagectomy.methods 45 patients with high risk copd underwent esophagectomy with epidural block combined with general anesthesia.perioperative treatment included smoking cessation,chest physiotherapy,prevention and control of infection of air way and appropriate bronchodilators of air way,breathing exercises,nutrition support and oxygen therapy.painkiller was instilled after surgery,early exercises,ensuring unobstruction of the air way,mechanical ventilation was applied when needed.results 3 had hypoxaemia in operation.after surgery,all patients had spo2 somewhat declined.6 had lung infection.6 were removed of bronchial secretion by bronchoscope.2 were supported by ventilator by using intubation.2 underwent tracheotomy.1 had disturbances of acid base balance and treated by using hydrochloric acid muriatic acid.all patients recovered rather smoothly and discharged from hospital.conclusion high risk copd is not the absolute contraindication of esophagectomy.active management before and after surgery ensures the safety and recovery of patients.

目的 探讨重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病简称慢阻肺病人食管切除术围手术期常见并发症及其处理。方法 45例重度慢阻肺的病人在全麻联合硬膜外阻滞下进行开胸食管切除手术，围手术期处理包括术前戒烟、胸部理疗、预防和控制呼吸道感染、解痉化痰、呼吸功能锻炼、营养支持和氧疗；术后硬膜外镇痛、早期锻炼、保持呼吸道通畅，部分病人予以呼吸支持。结果术中3例出现低氧血症。术后所有病人pao2均有不同程度的下降，6例出现肺部感染，6例行纤维支气管镜吸痰，2例通过气管插管给予呼吸机支持，2例行气管切开术，1例酸碱平衡紊乱使用盐酸精氨酸治疗。所有病人均痊愈出院。结论重度慢阻肺病人并非开胸食管切除手术的绝对禁忌证，积极的术前准备和严格的术后管理可减少和控制术后急性发作，有助于确保此类病人的围手术期安全和康复。
