In chapter 7, quality loss cost is first used in the model of simultaneous design of tolerance, and economically attainable accuracy of position is first considered as constraint condition. It is first proven that the function of simultaneous design of tolerance is non-convex program; discrete and continuos Simulated Annealing are introduced; the optimum software to solve this model is given.

To check the accuracy of calculation, based on the global one, the meshes of the 19th to 21st dam blocks are locally densified. The results from the locally densified mesh are compared with that from the global one. The coincidence of the two results demonstrates the adequacy of accuracy of the global mesh.

It is presented a method of high accuracy positioning and measure based on GPS OEM board in this paper, and proved the feasibility of key technology with emulations and field tests.
