Eight multiparous Holstein cows in early lactation which had the adjacent milk yields,parturition date and performance,were divided into 4 groups,two cows of each group.

选择8头泌乳前期的经产中国荷斯坦奶牛，要求产奶量、胎次、产犊日期相近，健康无疾病。分为4组，每组2头，采用4×4拉丁方设计，各组采用相同的基础日粮(含锌量34.63mg/kg干物质)。

Eight healthy multiparous Chinese Holstein cows in early lactation were chosen. There were four high-yielding cows and four middle-yielding cows, separately with similar milk yield, parity and parturition date and body weight.

选择8头经产泌乳早期的中国荷斯坦奶牛，其中4头中产奶牛和4头高产奶牛(健康无病，中产奶牛和高产奶牛分别具有相近的产奶量、胎次、产犊日期和体重)，分别采用4×4拉丁方试验设计进行试验，研究日粮中补充染料木黄酮对奶牛的影响。

Twenty multiparous healthy holstein cows with similar milk period and similar milk yield were randomly assigned to one of five treatments(4 cows per treatment) in 52 d trial. The control diet consisted of 60% forage (Corn silage,Chinese wildrye and alfalfa hay)and 40% concentrate on a dry matter basis,fed as a total mixed ration.

Giesy（2002）研究每天每头奶牛日粮中添加CLA50、100 g，结果发现乳脂率分别降低29%和34%；乳脂率从3.35%降低到3.34%需要3 g CLA，而从2.4%降低到2.3%则需要31.8 g CLA，说明每天添加50 g CLA降低乳脂率从经济方面来讲比较合理，但乳脂率降低还没有达到最大化。

Finally, the morphology of ruminal papillae showed significant difference between captive and wild muntjac which could be related to the diets that stimulate the growth of papillae.

The aim of this study is to investigate the rumen ecology and feed digestion in Formosan Reeves' muntjac. We also observed the effect of captive environment on animal digestive physiology by comparing the characteristics of gastrointestinal tract and tissue samples of ruminal papillae between captive and wild muntjac.

本研究目的为探讨圈养台湾山羌之瘤胃生态及饲粮消化率，并比较圈养与野生山羌胃肠道之异同与瘤胃乳突於组织学上之差异，藉以了解圈养对动物之消化生理及利用状态之影响。

In conclusion, the pH value of rumen fluid was within normal ranges, and the quantity of rumen bacteria is lower than that of the domestic ruminants, resulting in lower concentration of VFA in captive muntjac. Furthermore, study indicates that small Ophryoscolecidae is the major protozoa species in the rumen.

本研究结果显示，试验中圈养山羌所给饲之饲粮可使胃液酸碱值维持在正常范围，唯瘤胃中细菌数较一般畜养之反刍动物低，此导致挥发性脂肪酸之浓度亦降低，而小体型局部纤毛原虫则为主要原虫种别。

Neinongdayou NO.1 and Neinongdayou NO.2 were the suitable varieties to spread considering yield and quality of naked oat and economic effectiveness.The optimum amount of nitrogen application was 57㎏/hm2,47㎏/hm2as the grain and 104㎏/hm2,123㎏/hm2as the forage respectively.

The feeding and excretion of three little fishes (Hemiculter. leucisculus, Tilapia. aurea and Cirrhinus. molitorelld) was studied and their effect on water quality of Qiankeng reservoir in Shenzhen City Around the topdown effect of fish was also studied. Based on the analysis of their stomach contents, their diet composition was assayed. The three fishes" feeding rhythm in cage and their rate of digestion indoor were looked into, and their daily ration was estimated through the method of daily average fullness index. Using the spectrophotometer, the content of chlorophyll a in the stomach was measured, and the feasibility of taking the chlorophyll a as an index of measuring the feeding of fish on phytoplankton was studied. Adopting the national standard method, the effect of the three fishes" excretion on total nitrogen, total phosphorus, CODMn, pH, turbidity and conductivity coefficient was surveyed. The effect of feeding and excretion offish on water quality was discussed and the results revealed as follows:H.

围绕鱼类的下行效应，本文以深圳茜坑水库三种小型鱼类Hemiculter leucisculus罗非鱼Tilapia.aurea和鲮鱼Cirrhmus.molitorella为研究对象，以胃含物分析为基础，分析了三种鱼类的食物组成；调查了网箱中自然状态下三种鱼的摄食节律，在室内调查了三种鱼的食物消化速率，运用日平均饱满指数法计算出三种鱼的日粮；采用分光光度法测定了鱼体肠叶绿素含量，探讨了叶绿素作为鱼类对浮游植物摄食量衡量指标的可行性；采用国家标准的水质测量方法，测定了鱼类排泄对总氮、总磷、高锰酸盐指数、pH、浊度和电导率的影响量。
