Methods Adenomyosis was diagnosed under lapososcopy in 4 infertile cases. Meanwhile coexsting endometriosis,pelvic adhesion and adenomyoma were treated by surgery and endocoagulator in 4 and 2 cases respectively.GnRH-α therapy was given for six months before laparoscopic surgery in 1 case and after laparoscopic surgery in 3 cases .

4例有严重痛经的子宫腺肌病伴不孕症患者经B超及腹腔镜或病理检查确诊，在腹腔镜检查的同时手术矫治合并存在的子宫内膜异位症和盆腔粘连。4例中，3例子宫后壁有局限性腺肌瘤形成(其中2例在腹腔镜下行手术切除)。3例于术后、1例于术前注射长效缓释型GnRH-α，每月1次，共6次。

有多次下腹部手术史可疑盆腔粘连及子宫过大者，选择腹腔镜子宫切除时应慎重；正确掌握中转开腹手术的时机及开腹手术后的处理方法，是降低腹腔镜子宫切除手术并发症的有效措施。

Results (1) the laminin synthesis was significantly improved by PBMC from nontreatment group (P＜0.05);(2) the 3 H-prolin incorporation was significantl decrease in the GEC treated by PBMC supernatant from nontreatment group(P＜0.05);(3) the supernatant of PBMC from nontreatment group stimulated the collagen Ⅲ synthesis(P＜0.05), while, there was no significant difference of collagen Ⅳ synthesis between 4 groups;(4) the activity of PBMC supernatant have no close relation with urinary protein excretion, pathological type and clinical type.

结果 (1)肾病极期未经激素治疗组PBMC上清明显促进了GEC合成层粘连蛋白；(2)未治PBMC上清抑制了GEC合成总胶原；(3)未治组PBMC上清促进了Ⅲ型前胶原的合成，而对Ⅳ型胶原的合成无明显影响；(4)肾病患儿PBMC的上述作用与是否足量激素治疗有关，而与尿蛋白能否阴转、肾组织病理类型、肾病临床类型等无直线相关关系。

Results showed that, pyrolin had obvious action on two species of fungi, and the antifungal effect was positively correlative with concentration. The EC50 was 0.4076 mg/mL and 0.4626 mg/mL respectively after cultured 3 days. The main antifungal period was the fast growth period of fungi, and lead to it lag behind. Observation under SEM revealed that pyrolin caused a series of marked morphological and structural alterations of hyphal. These changes included mutual adhesion of mycelium, the hyphal was irregular in diameter, local denting, some of mycelium was broken, disruption of cell wall, outbreaking of inner cytoplast, and the empty cavity appeared. As a result, pyrolin restrained the growth of these fungi.

结果表明，鹿蹄草素对上述两种真菌均具有明显的抑制作用，抑菌效果与浓度呈正相关，培养3d时的EC50分别为0.4076、0.4626 mg/mL；抑菌时期主要是在真菌的快速生长期，使其快速生长期滞后；扫描电镜显示，鹿蹄草素作用下菌体形态发生异常变化，表现为菌丝体之间相互粘连，菌丝粗细不均匀，细胞壁破裂，局部凹陷，部分菌丝断裂，大量内容物外溢，出现空腔等现象，从而发挥其抑菌作用。

objective to discuss treatment of acute perforation of peptic ulcer,to elevate i stage operation recovery rate.methods 208 cases in 20 years were retrospectively analysed,86 cases (41.35%) were recovered by subtotal gastrectomy;18 cases (20.93%) were undergone billroth i anastomosis;68 cases (79.07%) billroth ⅱ;42 cases (61.76%) billroth ⅱ precolonic anastomosis;26 cases (38.24%) retrocolic anastomosis.results in 86 cases,1 case was complicated by gastroparesis,others all recovered.all cases were followed up for 5 years.conclusion the procedure can shorten the recovery time and increase quality of life.

目的 探讨消化性溃疡急性穿孔的治疗方法，旨在提高ⅰ期手术治愈的成功率。方法回顾性总结分析20年间手术治疗消化性溃疡急性穿孔208例，其中86例（41.35%）采用胃大部连同病灶切除ⅰ期治愈，胃肠重建采用billrothⅰ式吻合18例（20.93%），billrothⅱ式吻合68例（79.07%），billrothⅱ式结肠前吻合42例（61.76%），结肠后吻合26例（38.24%）。结果 86例中除1例billrothⅱ式吻合术后发生胃瘫并发症，经保守治疗月余治愈外，其余病例术后恢复顺利，均随访5年以上情况良好。结论消化性溃疡急性穿孔的ⅰ期手术治疗，解决了因溃疡穿孔单行修补术后再次复发穿孔、出血、幽门梗阻、粘连、溃疡恶变而重复手术等问题，缩短了治愈周期，提高了生存质量。

Nearly no PMCs could complete the process of meiosis, and form the tetrad, leading to the failure of normal microspore development.
