Invarious tissues from adult mouse,CIAPIN1 immunoreaction could be seen incardiac muscle cell,brain,hepatocyte,epithelium of renal tubule,skeletal muscle,lung tissue,gastric mucosa and gland,acinus lienalis.2. Distribution of CIAPIN1 in normal fetal and adult human tissuesTo reveal the possible physiological role of CIAPIN1,we examined theexpression and distribution of CIAPIN1 in fetal and adult human tissues usingimmunohistochemistry. We found that CIAPIN1 was ubiquitously distributed infetal and adult tissues,and was localized in both the cytoplasm and the nucleus.

然而，在3个月大的成年鼠中，CIAPIN1阳性反应物在心、脑、肝和肾小管中的表达强度要低于P28小鼠；但CIAPIN1阳性反应物在成年鼠骨骼肌中较P28小鼠高。2、CIAPIN1蛋白在人5个月胚胎及成人多器官组织内的表达在人5月胚胎多器官组织中，CIAPIN1阳性反应物见于心脏、胆囊单层柱状上皮和粘膜、结肠粘膜、小肠粘膜和绒毛、肝脏、直肠腺体、胃粘膜、肾上腺束状带、甲状腺滤泡、脾索、胸腺小叶间隔、皮肤真皮层和汗腺、睾丸白膜和间质、脑组织内神经元和神经胶质、肺小支气管和肺泡、骨骼肌、肾脏皮髓质和肾小管、子宫内膜、胰腺腺泡和胰岛、卵巢、输卵管粘膜等绝大多数组织细胞。

Objective: By observing and analyzing the different expressions of E-cad MMP-9 or CD44V6 at normal oral mucous oral atypical hyperplasia and oral squamous cell carcinoma, to investigate the relationship of their abnormal expressions cancerate and metastasis.

目的：通过观察E-Cadherin、MMP-9和CD_(44)V_6在正常口腔粘膜、口腔粘膜不典型增生和口腔粘膜鳞癌的不同表达，分析它们在口腔粘膜鳞癌及其癌变过程中的表达规律，探讨它们的异常表达与口腔粘膜癌变、转移的关系。

Objective By observing and analyzing the different expressions of MMP-9 at normal oral mucous, oral atypical hyperplasia and oral squamous cell carcinoma, to investigate the relationship of its abnormal expressions, cancerate and metastasis.

目的 通过观察MMP-9在正常口腔粘膜、口腔粘膜不典型增生和口腔粘膜鳞癌的不同表达，分析它在口腔粘膜鳞癌及其癌变过程中的表达规律，探讨其异常表达与口腔粘膜癌变、转移的关系。

Results:1、Three distinct bladder mucosa patterns were seen:normal mucosa and wall,but the urine was light-echogenic;the mucosa and wall thickened with enhanced echoes and irregular mucosa;local mucosa thickened in rhomb or flat figure.2、The bladder wall diffusively thickened or somewhere,three layers of the wall clear or obscure.3、Some echoes spots floating in the urine.

结果：1、膀胱粘膜图像可分为三类：A、粘膜未见确切异常回声，但尿液有漂移光点；B、粘膜弥漫性增厚，回声增强，粗糙不光滑呈细颗粒状、断续状表现；C、粘膜局灶性增厚呈棱形或扁平状；2、膀胱壁回声可正常，弥漫性增厚或局灶性增厚，三层结构可辨，基本可辨或分辨较差；3、尿液内出现不同程度的光点透声。

Results: Large number of immunoreactive fibres was detected in lamina propria and muscularis mucosae. Strong staining of ganglion cells in the Auerbach's and the Meissner's plexus were observed on the normal specimens. There was very little or no immunoreactive fibre in the lamina propria and muscularis mucosae of the aganglionic bowel. However there was strong immunoreactivity in the perineurium of the hypertrophic nerve trunks in the submucosal and intramural layers of aganglionic segments.

结果： 正常肠段的粘膜固有层和粘膜肌层中有大量的P75NGFR阳性纤维，粘膜下和肌间神经丛中神经节细胞表现为P75NGFR强阳性，痉挛段肠管粘膜固有层和粘膜肌层中P75NGFR阳性纤维明显减少或缺如，粘膜下和肌间粗大神经纤维的神经束膜表现为P75NGFR强阳性，象一个环包绕在周围。

Results: Small round or linear haemorrhagic erosions were induced in the oxyntic glandular area after rats exposed to WRS. Meanwhile, GMBF decreased and NO contents in plasma and gastric mucosa increased significangly compared with those without WRS. L-NAME not only further decreased GMBF and inhibited the increases of NO contents but also aggravated the extent of gastric mucosal lesions. In contrast, L-Arg increased both GMBF and NO contents resulting in the lessening of mucosal injuries. All these changes were significant compared with control group.

结果：浸水束缚应激4 h可致严重的胃粘膜损伤，同时粘膜血流量明显下降，血浆及粘膜NO含量明显升高，与正常对照组相比差异非常显著（P＜0.01）；L-NAME明显加重粘膜损伤，并阻抑了应激所致的血浆及粘膜内NO含量的升高，使粘膜血流量更趋下降，与实验对照组相比差异显著（P＜0.05）；L-Arg可明显升高粘膜血流量及血浆、粘膜内NO含量，明显减轻粘膜损伤程度，与实验对照组相比差异非常显著（P＜0.01）。

The slice of pathology showed: the control group of infected the small intestines mucosa grew thiner,mucosa grew swelling and congesting,many lymphocytes infiltrated,villus failed off;The small intestines mucosa didnt swell and congest in the group of the leaf of Psidium guajava,little lymphocytes infiltrated under the mucosa and the villus were well; The small intestines mucosa grew swelling and congesting in the control group of treatment,many lymphocytes infiltrated under the villus.

病理切片展示：感染对照组的小肠粘膜变薄，粘膜肿胀、充血，大量淋巴细胞浸润，绒毛脱落；番石榴叶组的小肠粘膜无明显肿胀、充血，粘膜下少负淋巴细胞浸润，绒毛清楚；治疗对照组小肠粘膜肿胀、充血，粘膜－－F人量淋巴细胞浸润。

In rat esophagus, the positive varicosities and fibres could be observed in the circular muscle layer and the muscularis mucosae layer at 21st day before birth. With the development of rat digestive tract, neurokinin A-immunoreactivity positive nerves could be observed gradually in the epithelium, submucosa, longitudinal muscle layer, myenteric plexus and submucosal plexes, while mature nerve fibres could be seen at one month after birth. 2. In rat stomach, the positive reaction of NKA initially happened in the myenteric plexus at the 14th day of embryo, and then appeared on circular muscles, longitudinal muscles, submucosal, muscularis mucosae, lamina propria and epithelium. 30 days after birth, expression of NKA is same as seen in adaulthood. 3. In rat small intestinal, the NKA-IR could first be found in the myenteric plexus of the duodenum, jejunum and ileum at 14th , 15th and 17th day before birth respectively. Then the NKA-IR occurred in the longitudinal muscle layer, circular muscle layer, intestinal villus, intestinal gland, muscularis mucosae, submucosa, submucosal plexes, mucosa plexus and deep muscular plexus.

结果 1、在食管，于胚胎21天的粘膜肌层和环肌层内观察到神经激肽A免疫阳性膨体纤维，出生后，随幼鼠的生长发育，相继在上皮，粘膜下层，纵肌层、肌间丛、粘膜下丛有NKA-IR表达，30天时已和成年鼠相似；2、在胃，首先于胚胎14天的肌间丛出现NKA-IR的表达，随发育相继在环肌、纵肌，粘膜下层、粘膜肌、固有膜及上皮内出现NKA-IR的表达，30天时具备成年鼠的分布特征；3、在小肠，分别于胚胎14、15、17天的十二指肠、空肠和回肠的肌间丛处出现NKA-IR的表达，随发育相继出现在纵肌、环肌、绒毛、小肠腺周、粘膜肌、粘膜下层、粘膜下丛、粘膜丛、深肌丛。

The results of this reseach showed that administration of SF intracolonically had protective effect on the colon injury in the rat model of colitis induced by acetic acid enema, which was probably due to the mechanism of antioxidation, inhibition ofarachidonic acid metabolis and platelets activation, administration of SF intracolonically also showed protective effect on the colon injury in the rat model of colitis induced by trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid and ethanol, which was probably due to antioxidation and inhibition of macrophages activation.

实验研究表明，大鼠分别经乙酸、TNBS和乙醇处理后均出现典型的结肠炎症状，给药后分别评价结肠粘膜损伤指标、结肠组织病理变化，检测结肠组织炎症指标、结肠组织氧化损伤指标及主要炎性细胞因子改变；实验结果：阿魏酸钠对大鼠乙酸性结肠炎结肠粘膜损伤具有缓解保护作用，其机制可能与直接抑制炎症结肠粘膜花生四烯酸代谢过度，抑制血小板活化，清除大量氧自由基有关；阿魏酸钠对大鼠TNBS性结肠炎粘膜免疫损伤亦具有缓解保护作用，其机制可能与抗氧化，抑制结肠巨噬细胞活化有关。
