Objective To observe the effects of basic fibroblast growth factor on repairing injury of intestinal mucosa in acute necrotic pancreatitis.

目的 观察基因重组碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对急性坏死性胰腺炎犬肠粘膜损伤修复的影响。

Peptic ulceroccupied 45.2%,acute and chronic gastric mucosal damage 21.3%,neoplasma 20.8%,esophageal varices 6.8% and etc.

其中消化性溃疡占45.2%，急性和慢性胃粘膜炎症占21.3%，肿瘤占20.8%，食管静脉曲张占6.8%，以及其他等等。

The positive rate in nonbacterial prostatitis was 16.2%while it was negative in all the controls (P＜0.01). In 4 of the PCR positive cases, the urine and urethral scrapping cells were free from HSV-Ⅱ.

结果：前列腺液中HSV-Ⅱ阳性率为16.2%，对照组均为阴性(P＜0.01)。4例前列腺液HSV-Ⅱ阳性者，前列腺按摩前初始尿和尿道粘膜脱落细胞PCR检测均为阴性。

Results: After treatment, the histopathology and intestinal metaplasia subset of antral focal region, and the background lesion in ultrastructure of the mucosa in the nonfocal region were all improved in the 4 groups, The effects of Spleen-Qi Deficiency syndrome group and Spleen-Yang Deficiency group were superior to Ying-Deficiency group as well as Spleen-Deficiency and Qi-Stagnation group (P＜0.05, P＜0.01), and approached to those in the healthy control group.

结果：脾气虚证与脾阳虚证病理疗效优于脾阴虚证和脾虚气滞证(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)；4组脾虚证胃窦部病灶区组织病理、肠化生亚型和非病灶区粘膜超微结构中的&背景病变&，在治疗后均有改善，趋向接近于健康对照组。

结果 尿道口前移，龟头成形术、Onlay island flap法的狭窄率为0，Mathieu法的狭窄率较低，为9.3％，而Denni-Brown与膀胱粘膜法的狭窄率较高，分别为28.3％、36.0％。
