Objective To study the evolution of premalignant gastric lesions and the significance of follow up by gastroscopy for gastric cancer.

目的研究胃癌前胃粘膜变化发展演变的规律，以及胃镜随访检查对胃癌早期发现的意义。

The results show that mica can reduce gastric mucosa inflammation cell infiltration and glandulose atrophy, increase the positive expression of glandulose nuclear proliferation antigen and raise the expression level of blood serum epidermal growth factor.

结果发现云母使胃粘膜炎症细胞浸润、腺体萎缩程度减轻，腺体PCNA阳性表达增加，并可增加血清EGF的表达水平。

Results ①Guttate lesion was predominant in active stage; guttate, nummularis and geogrphic lesion prevailed in steady stage; however, guttate, nummularis, cyclic and zonular lesion were mainly in restoration stage;②The most involved site was the scalp; the calf, elbow and thigh followed; and mucosa, nail and genitals were the least involved.

结果 ①524例寻常型银屑病患者进行期皮损以点滴状居多，稳定期患者以点滴状、钱币状、地图状为主，环状、带状则少见。而退行期则以点滴状、钱币状、环状、带状多见。②103例寻常型银屑病患者皮损的初发部位和421例再发患者皮损的现分布部位均以头皮最多，其次是小腿、肘、大腿等，最少见于粘膜、甲、外生殖器等。

Punctual or streaky haemorrhagia could be found in Gastric mucosa through gross observation, small ulcer was found occasionally.

肉眼观察梗黄及应激时胃粘膜可见点状或条状出血偶见小溃疡灶。

The number of CD〓 and CD〓 lymphocytes subpopulation and IgA, IgM, IgG antibody-producing cells, the ratios of CD〓 and CD〓 T-cell in the cecal tonsils and Harderian glands, the content of IgA, IgM, IgG in tear, tracheal fluid, intestinal fluid and bile of CIAV-infected chicks vaccinated with ND vaccine were significantly decreased compared with vaccinated control chicks 7～28 days PV.

CIAV感染雏鸡ND免疫后28天内，哈德尔腺、盲肠扁桃体以及泪液、气管液、肠液、胆汁的上述各项免疫学指标，均不同程度的明显低于未感染CIAV的ND免疫雏鸡，表明CIAV感染雏鸡呼吸道和消化道局部粘膜对ND疫苗的细胞和体液免疫应答机能下降。

The number of CD〓 and CD〓 lymphocytes subpopulation, ANAE〓 T cells and IgG, IgM, IgA antibody-producing cells in the local immune tissues (cecal tonsils and Harderian glands), the content of IgA, lgM, IgG in the local fluid (tear, tracheal fluid, intestinal fluid and bile) of chicks infected with CIAV were significantly decreased compared with controls 7～28 days PI.

1日龄雏鸡感染CIAV后28天内，哈德尔腺和盲肠扁桃体的ANAE〓及CD〓、CD〓T细胞和IgA、IgM、IgG抗体生成细胞数量以及泪液、气管液、肠液、胆汁的IgA、IgM、IgG含量均明显低于对照雏鸡，表明CIAV感染雏鸡后，其呼吸道和消化道局部粘膜的细胞免疫和体液免疫机能均下降，这与CIAV感染雏鸡对其它某些病原易感性提高密切相关。

The dynamic changes of the number of T or B lymphocytes and the content of immunoglobulin G, IgM, IgA in peripheral blood, the number of CD〓, CD〓 lymphocyte subpopulation, T〓 cells and IgG, IgM, IgA antibody-producing cells, the ratios of CD〓 and CD〓 T cells in immune organs (thymus, bursa of Fabricius and spleen) and immune tissues (cecal tonsils and Harderian glands), the content of IgA, IgM, IgG in local fluid (tear, tracheal fluid, intestinal fluid and bile) of one-day chicks infected with chicken infectious anemia virus and CIAV-infected chicks immunized with Newcastle disease vaccine were determined respectively by immunohistochemistry, immunogold-silves and immunoenzyme staining in order to reveal mechanism of immunopathogenesis of chicks infected with CIAV and influence of immune responses of CIAV-infected chicks to ND vaccine.

The anatomy relationship of venae hepaticae intermediae and its branches on gallbladder bed were analysed,which could be the reference during the LC.Results:For 112 patients suffered from inatrophic cholecystitis and cholecystolithiasis,whose gallbladders were decoherence directdly from ectoptygma muscular coat close to the gallbladder wall.

Gallbladder endoscopicmucosalresectionor open cholecystectomy were applied in 28 cases developed with chronic atrophic cholecystitis and cholecystolithiasis.No hemorrhoea resulted from venae hepaticae intermediae on gallbladder bed injury were occured in all the cases.
