Microspectrophotometer was used to measure the DNA content of 3 mucosa specimens of normal blad- der, 5 papillomas and 15 bladder transitional cell carcinomas. The transitional cell carcinoma was divided into 3 gradesand each grade group comprised 5 cases.

应用显微分光光度计检测膀耽正常粘膜、膀胱乳头状瘤及膀胱移行细胞癌共23倒(正常粘膜3例、乳头状瘤5例及移行细胞癌15例，移行细胞癌分三级，Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ各5例)，其结果显示，正常粘膜上皮细胞和乳头状瘤细胞核及移行细胞癌细胞核Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ各组之间胞核DNA含量均值有显著的差别(P.05～0.01)。

The result showed that there was no expression in the normal control group and an apparent expression of ERK1/2 and Elk in the asthma group. A rather dense expressing of ERK1/2 was at bronchiole and mucous membrane, sub mucous membrane, smooth muscle, cytoplasm and nuclei of the out layer of the smooth muscle cell and an expression of positive fiber at submucous membrane.

结果发现正常肺内没有发现ERK1/2和Elk的表达，而哮喘时肺内有明显的ERK1/2和Elk表达，ERK1/2较密集表达在小支气管和细支气管的粘膜层、粘膜下层、平滑肌层和平滑肌外层细胞的胞浆和胞核中，也可见粘膜下层有阳性纤维表达。

HP positive groups was compared with HP negative groups in gastric mucosal lesions, expression of P16 in HP positive groups was lower than that in HP negative (P＜0.01), expression of CD44V6, PCNA and C-met in HP positive groups were all higher than those in negative groups (P＜0.01). Expression of P16 was negative correlated with expression of CD44V6, PCNA and C-met in HP-infected gastric mucosal lesions (r〓=-0.6971, P＜0.01; r〓=-0.4811, P＜0.01; r〓=-0.6075, P＜0.01); Expression of CD44V6 were positive correlated with expression of C-met and PCNA (r〓=0.6550, P＜0.01; r〓=0.4977, P＜0.01). Selenium level in HP-infected gastric mucosal was Significantly higher than normal and the level will fall with deteriorism of gastric mucosal lesions.

临床标本研究结果表明：在系列胃粘膜病变中，P16表达HP阳性标本显著低于HP阴性标本（P＜0.01）；CD44V6、C-met、PCNA表达HP阳性标本均显著高于阴性标本（P＜0.01）；在HP感染的胃粘膜病变组织中，P16表达与CD44V6、C-met、PCNA表达均呈负相关（r〓=-0.697l，P＜0.01；r〓=-0.4811，P＜0.01；r〓=-0.6075，P＜0.01）；CD44V6表达与C-met、PCNA表达相互呈正相关（r〓=0.6550，P＜0.01；r〓=0.4977，P＜0.01）；HP感染的胃粘膜病变组织硒含量明显升高，并随胃粘膜病变程度加重相对降低，但高于正常组织；硒含量分别与CD44V6、C-met、PCNA表达阳性率呈负相关（P＜0.05），而与P16表达阳性率呈正相关（P＜0.05）。

Results:1、Three distinct bladder mucosa patterns were seen:normal mucosa and wall,but the urine was light-echogenic;the mucosa and wall thickened with enhanced echoes and irregular mucosa;local mucosa thickened in rhomb or flat figure.2、The bladder wall diffusively thickened or somewhere,three layers of the wall clear or obscure.3、Some echoes spots floating in the urine.

结果：1、膀胱粘膜图像可分为三类：A、粘膜未见确切异常回声，但尿液有漂移光点；B、粘膜弥漫性增厚，回声增强，粗糙不光滑呈细颗粒状、断续状表现；C、粘膜局灶性增厚呈棱形或扁平状；2、膀胱壁回声可正常，弥漫性增厚或局灶性增厚，三层结构可辨，基本可辨或分辨较差；3、尿液内出现不同程度的光点透声。

Posterior vomer mucoperiosteal flap was designed by dissecting the posterior vomer, and then each side of PVMF was sutured with the same side mucosal flap and the levator veli palatini. Result: This method was applied in 55 cases with satisfactory results of extending and elevating soft palate, and achieving velopharyngeal closure.

55例先天性Ⅱ、Ⅲ度腭裂患者犁骨后缘正中纵向剖开，分别形成两犁骨后缘犁骨粘膜瓣，将腭帆提肌止点连同同部位软腭鼻腔侧粘膜一起缝合于犁骨后缘犁骨粘膜瓣顶点上，上提后推软腭，再缝合口腔侧粘膜。

NGFR positive nerve fibres were markedly reduced or absent in muscular layer and submucous layer while the hypertrophic nerve trunks in myenteric and submucosal plexuses showed a sheath of intense staining in the aganglionic colon from patients with HD.

结果 丰富的NGFR染色阳性神经纤维分布于正常结肠环肌层及粘膜下层，少量分布于纵肌层，NGFR染色阳性神经元分布于肌间神经丛及粘膜下神经丛；NGFR 染色阳性神经纤维在HD无肌间神经节细胞肠段肌层及粘膜下层内明显减少或缺如，而肌间肥大的神经干及粘膜下神经干为NGFR染色阳性，并且在其外周可见一强阳性染色带。

P.01 . conclusion:(1) IgA of the lamina propria mucosae would lessoning while the endotoxin in portal veinwas heightening, and the lesson of the I L-6mRNA was the main reason of the lesson of IgA in the lamina propria mucosae, so, the impairment of barrier of the intestinal mucosa was caused by the impairement of the organic immunological function descent while there was obstructive jaundice existing.

(1) 肠粘膜固有层内IgA表达减少伴随门静脉血内毒素浓度的增加，而肠粘膜内IL-6mRNA表达的减少是导致肠粘膜固有层IgA表达减少的重要原因之一，因此可推论肠粘膜免疫屏障功能的受损与梗阻性黄疸时机体的免疫功能受抑有关。

In conclusion, our studies indicated that, by reducing the concentration of corticoid, increasing the GH concentration, dietary glutamine could maintain the N balance in the body, induce the intestinal glutamine extraction from blood, maintain the glutamine store in muscle tissue and plasma, decrease the glutamine flux from muscle tissue and protein catabolism. As the key fuel of intestinal mucosa and lymphocytes, exogenous glutamine maintained the intestinal structure, function and the CD4〓/CD8〓 ratio. In addition, glutamine normalized the SIgA containing cells'quantity and distribution through stimulating the IL-6 gene expression.

综合分析本研究的试验结果，我们认为，日粮中的外源性Gln可通过降低断奶应激后血清中皮质醇浓度，升高生长激素的浓度维持体内N的平衡，降低肠粘膜细胞从血浆中摄取的Gln，减少骨骼肌蛋白质的分解，维持骨骼肌和血浆中Gln浓度，维持淋巴细胞亚群中CD4〓/CD8〓比例；提供肠粘膜细胞能源和代谢的前体，维持肠粘膜正常的屏障结构和功能，通过刺激IL-6的表达，维持肠粘膜中SIgA分泌细胞的数量和肠道的局部免疫功能，并最终提高断奶仔猪的生产性能和抗病能力。

The two can cause ultrastructural pathogenesis widely in many organs and tissues such as hepar, pancreas, lien, ren, pulmo, cerebral, cerebellum, cor, muscular and so on, of them ,caused by i~olates YG97 and Y98 more obvious in epithelial cells of digestive tract and unobvious in epithelial cells of respiratory tract ,but ultrastructural pathogenesis caused by NDV strain F48E8 ,more obvious and more serious in glandularis and muscularis ventriaculi and in epithelial cells of respiratory tract .

将鹅源分离株YG_(97)、鸡源分离株Y_(98)和NDV强毒株F_(48)E_8感染SPF鸡，运用扫描电镜和透射电镜观察该二株病毒对机体细胞的影响，结果显示三株禽副粘病毒均引起机体肝、胰、脾、肾、肺、小脑、大脑、心和肌肉等实质器官组织细胞的超微病变，其中YG_(97)和Y_(98)引起消化道粘膜上皮细胞发生微绒毛脱落、纤毛脱落、分泌颗粒增多、细胞游离面破溃等显著的超微病变，引起气管粘膜上皮细胞的不显著超微病变；F_(48)E_8强毒株引起胃粘膜显著而严重的超微病变；还引起气管粘膜上皮严重的超微病变。

The results of this reseach showed that administration of SF intracolonically had protective effect on the colon injury in the rat model of colitis induced by acetic acid enema, which was probably due to the mechanism of antioxidation, inhibition ofarachidonic acid metabolis and platelets activation, administration of SF intracolonically also showed protective effect on the colon injury in the rat model of colitis induced by trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid and ethanol, which was probably due to antioxidation and inhibition of macrophages activation.

实验研究表明，大鼠分别经乙酸、TNBS和乙醇处理后均出现典型的结肠炎症状，给药后分别评价结肠粘膜损伤指标、结肠组织病理变化，检测结肠组织炎症指标、结肠组织氧化损伤指标及主要炎性细胞因子改变；实验结果：阿魏酸钠对大鼠乙酸性结肠炎结肠粘膜损伤具有缓解保护作用，其机制可能与直接抑制炎症结肠粘膜花生四烯酸代谢过度，抑制血小板活化，清除大量氧自由基有关；阿魏酸钠对大鼠TNBS性结肠炎粘膜免疫损伤亦具有缓解保护作用，其机制可能与抗氧化，抑制结肠巨噬细胞活化有关。
