Methods: The expression of PCNA and p53 protein were examined by immunohistochemistry in tumour tissue and adjacent tissue of 78 cases of colorectal cancer and in 12 normal colonic mucosae.

Morphologically similar lesions from 26 patients (mean age, 62 y; range, 46 to 88 y; male/female ratio, 10/16) were retrieved from surgical pathology and consult files. Clinical and endoscopic data were obtained, and immunohistochemistry for S-100 protein, glial fibrillary acidic protein, neurofilament protein, epithelial membrane antigen, claudin-1, CD34, smooth muscle actin, and KIT was performed. The findings were compared with those in mucosal biopsies of 5 submucosal neurofibromas from NF1 patients.

In gastric ulcerocancer, the main radiological changes of the interface are small teniform non-plicae area, the slim irregular plicae near the ulcer connecting with distal clubbed plicae. Results Immunostaining of cNOS and iNOS were negative in the rectums of normal rabbits, whereas the results in the of rabbits infected with S. japonicum were strong positive. The positive immunostaining of cNOS was observed in mucosal capillaries and submucosal vessels. Besides in capillaries and submucosal vessels the positive immunostaining of iNOS was seen in schistosoma ova, ova granuloma, fibroconnective tissue and suppuratie cells.

结果 正常兔直肠壁cNOS和iNOS呈阴性反应，血吸虫病兔直肠壁为强阳性，cNOS主要分布在粘膜毛细血管和粘膜下血管壁；iNOS不仅见于上述血管壁，而且见于虫卵、虫卵肉芽肿周围、纤维结缔组织中、炎性细胞之间。

Compare to other four syndromes,there is significant difference in Hp infection and histopathology.The main reason possible is that Fu Zhou and its peripheral region's specified weather and geographical environment There is a significant difference between light ,medium degree of splenogastric hygropyrexia syndrome and the other four syndromes.it is correlation to the severity degree of sinus ventriculi greater curvature's histopathology.
