Results Among42cases of ovary cyst,6cases of follicular cyst,7cases of corpus lutein cyst,12cases of chocolate cyst,2cases of simple cyst,3cases of inflammatory cyst of the ovary,3cases of parovarian cyst,5cases of dermoid cyst,3cases of serous cyst adenoma,1case of mucinous cyst adenoma.

结果42例卵巢囊肿中，滤泡囊肿6例，黄体囊肿7例，巧克力囊肿12例，单纯囊肿2例，炎性囊肿3例，卵巢冠囊肿3例，皮样囊肿5例，浆液性囊腺瘤3例，粘液性囊腺瘤1例。

One case with homonying serosity cystadenoma was recurred in one year after operation.The others had not recurred and no peritoneum myxoma occurred.

术后随访46例，0.5～5年。1例术后1年复发，为同侧卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤，余者均无复发及腹膜粘液瘤发生。

Results With the expression in normal salivary gland as a standard, low C-erbB-2 mRNA expression was seen in adenolymphoma, basal cell adenoma. However, various degrees of over-expression of C-erbB-2 oncogene mRNA were detected in pleomorphic adenoma, mucoepidermoid carcinoma,acinic cell carcinoma ,adenoid cystic carcinoma ,papillary cystic carcinoma,and myoethelial cell carcinoma.

结果 正常涎腺和涎腺肿瘤中发现不同程度C-erbB-2mRNA的表达，以正常涎腺组织的表达水平为基准，在腺淋巴瘤、基底细胞腺瘤呈现低表达、无表达或与正常涎腺组织表达水平相似，多形性腺瘤、粘液表皮样癌、腺泡细胞癌、腺样囊性癌、乳头状囊腺癌和肌上皮癌则呈现不同程度的过表达。

These cancer cells might histogenetically be related to the transitional or metaplastic epithelium of prostate according to morphological analysis,(2) Mucinous adenocarcinoma, Xanthomatous carcinoma, ductal carcinoma, medullary carcinoma, endometrioid carcinoma, papillary carcinoma and signet-ring cell carcinoma were positive for PSA and 35βH11, these carcinomas might histogenetically be related to prostatic secretory epithelium,(3) Prostatic carcinoid showed positive to PSA, 35βH11, NSE and CgA, corresponded with endocrine cell originator,(4) Small cell carcinoma were negative for PSA, 35βH11, NSE and CgA, whether or not it originates from endocrine cells, storage cells or basal cell of prostate had yet to be proved,(5) 34βE12 marking was negative in cancerous areas of 27 cases, and the basal cells were absent in PPTC.

从形态分析，这两种癌可能同源于移行上皮或化生上皮：（2）粘液腺癌、黄色瘤样癌、导管癌、髓样癌、宫内膜样癌、乳头状癌及印戒细胞癌均显PSA及35βH11阳性，提示这几种癌可能来源于分泌上皮，（3）类癌对PSA、35βH11、NSE及CgA均显阳性，符合内分泌细胞来源，（4）小细胞癌无PSA、NSE及CgA表达，对c-erbB-2及35βH11显阳性，是否来源于前列腺内分泌细胞、储备细胞或基细胞有待证实，（5）27例癌区均无34βE12表达，提示PPTC中基细胞缺失。

Results Of the 35 cases, there were 5 monolocular cysts and 30 multilocular cysts; 39 lesions were found, including 19 lesions in 15 serous cystadenomas and 20 lesions in 20 mucous cystadenomas. The cystic wall was generally thin and regular, and sometimes nodular. The multilocular cysts were multihole, broken netlike or polycircular, and showed the irregular signals, while the monolocular cysts showed the uniform signals.

结果 35例共有39个囊灶，其中15例浆液性囊腺瘤共有19个病灶（4例双侧卵巢发病）；20例粘液性囊腺瘤均为单侧发病（包括交界性囊腺瘤3例）。5例为单囊病灶；30例为多囊多房性病灶，囊内有分隔，呈多房、破鱼网状、囊套囊状等，囊腺瘤囊壁一般较薄且规则，囊壁可有壁结节；单囊病灶信号均匀，多囊多房性病灶信号多不均匀。

结果术后诊断卵巢内膜异位囊肿 5 3 1例、卵巢畸胎瘤 2 5 4例、炎性肿块 13 9例、卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤 12 1例、卵巢粘液性囊腺瘤 67例、输卵管系膜囊肿 12 8例、卵巢单纯性囊肿 14 0例、卵巢纤维上皮瘤 3例、粘液性交界性囊腺瘤 1例、粘液性囊腺癌 1例、卵巢子宫内膜样癌 1例、卵巢恶性纤维上皮瘤 1例。
