OBJECTIVE: To discuss the expressions of 2 sub-types of SSTR, SSTR1 and SSTR2 in human salivary gland mucoepidermoid carcinoma(MEC-1 ) and the high metastatic cell strain(Mc3) of human mucoepidermoid carcinoma and the differences of these two receptors in the binding with SSTR radioactive genin, 125I-RC-160, and the correlations with prngnostic rehabilitation.

目的：探讨人涎腺粘液表皮样癌细胞系(MEG-1)及人粘液表皮样癌高转移细胞株(Mc3)生长抑素受体两种亚型(SSTR1、SSTR2)的表达与SSTR的放射配基125I-RC-160的结合差异与预后康复的相关性。
