粗糙度

Thermal barrier coatings consist of an electron-beam physical-vapor deposited NiCoCrAlY bond coat and 7 wt.% yttria partially stabilized zirconia top coat with a tetragonal phase. The YPSZ top coat shows a columnar grains forming dense clusters with gaps among grain clusters. The roughness of the as-deposited ceramic top coat is relatively low, but some spots of prominent growth defects can be observed. Such defect is a bundle of zirconia columns.

采用EB-PVD方法沉积热障涂层，其粘结层为NiCoCrAlY，陶瓷层为7wt%Y_2O_3部分稳定的ZrO_2，其表层为单一的四方ZrO_2相，其表层比较致密，但有一定的粗糙度，表面存在一些凸出来的斑点状ZrO_2柱状晶，柱状晶粒簇拥成团，团簇间存在间隙。

Finally, the experimental setup of MR intelligent boring bar was built on the CA6140 type lathe. The experimental results show that the method can suppress the chatter efficiently and can improve the surface quality of workpieces significantly, whose roughness has decreased from 10 μm to 1.5 μm.

最后，在车床CA6140上搭建了磁流变智能镗杆的颤振抑制实验系统，实验结果表明，变结构刚度方法能够快速高效地抑制镗削过程中产生的颤振，并且使加工表面的粗糙度Ra从10μm降至1.5μm，大幅度提高了加工表面质量。

It was found that the composite structure of Ti-Si-N films, nanocrystalline TiN embedded in amorphous Si_3N_4 matrix, was confirmed in this work. The increasing deposition pressure resulted in the appearance of columnar structure, decrease in the film density, increase in the surface roughness, and deterioration of the adhesion strength and tribological properties.
