Objective To evaluate the toxic effects of staphylococcus aureus exotoxins and neutrophils on retinal pigment epithelium cells.

METHODS: The presence and number of recently developed extra-articular manifestations and a weighted EAM score, as well as the levels of serological markers, were compared between 31 patients with RA with histologically proven vasculitis and 50 patients with RA in whom vasculitis could not be documented histologically. The following markers were evaluated: circulating immune complexes, complement components C3 and C4, class-specific rheumatoid factors, antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies, antinuclear antibodies, antiendothelial antibodies, circulating intercellular adhesion molecule-1 and -3, circulating vascular cell adhesion molecule and E-selectin, cellular fibronectin, von Willebrand factor antigen, and C reactive protein.

Result 1、The effect of acupoint external application on the bronchial pathological structure and airway inflammation score of passive smoking rat The result showed:in model group,we conld see tracheal and bronchial mucosa bronchial exuviated,struction arranged in disorder,cilia lodged,even exfoliated in various degree,the exudate of airway cavity increased,alveolar wall capillary congested,bronchial wall seed a large amount of inflammatory cells,such as macrophage、lymphocyte、neutrophil,etc.

研究结果 1、穴位敷贴对被动吸烟大鼠肺组织结构及炎症病理评分的影响结果显示，模型组气管、支气管黏膜上皮脱落，结构排列紊乱，纤毛倒伏，甚至有不同程度的脱落，气道腔内渗出物增多，周围肺泡壁毛细血管充血，支气管壁见大量巨噬细胞、淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞为主的炎性细胞侵润等现像。

Results: fops had inhibitory effect on o 2 production in vitro, having a 50% of inhibitory concentration (ic50) of 3.866×10-6 g/ml, and a weak inhibitory effect on h2o2 production with a ic50 of l.668×10-3 g/ml but showed a potent inhibitory effect on the various free radicals produced by "respiratory burst" of human leukocyte. fops (20, 40, 80 mg/kg) increased the sod activity in myocardial tissue, liver and kidney of mice and decreased the mda content of myocardial tissue, liver, kidney and spleen of mice.

结果：在体外阿里红多糖可有效的清除o 2，其ic50为3.866×10-6；对h2o2的清除作用很弱，但能抑制人血嗜中性粒细胞&呼吸爆发&产生的多种自由基，ic50为1.668×10-3；阿里多红糖（20、40、80 mg/kg）可明显增加小鼠心脏和肝脏中sod的活性，其中剂量为40、80 mg/kg的阿里红多糖可明显增加肝脏中sod的活性，同时各给药组均可明显减少小鼠心脏、肝脏、肾脏和脾中mda的含量，与对照组相比较差异有统计学意义（p.05）。

Samples of left lung tissue were sent for determining the left lung dry-to-wet weight ratio and evaluating the pathologic changes.

When evaluated in a BRSV challenge model, mice immunized with DeltaF/CpG/indol/PP developed significantly higher levels of BRSV-neutralizing serum antibodies than mice immunized with the DeltaF protein alone, and displayed significantly less pulmonary IL-4, IL-5, IL-13, and eotaxin and reduced eosinophilia after challenge.
