With an orthogonal experiment design , the telomerase inhibitors [azidothymidine , AZT 300 mg/ and lamivudine 150 mg/, per os , bid ,×2 weeks ] and X2irradiation [ total dose 10 Gy (2 Gy ×5) in 1 week ] were used to treat BALB/ c mice carrying breast cancer MA782 for evaluating the influence on peripheral blood cells , bone marrow nucleated cells and telomerase activity.

为了探讨端粒酶抑制剂联合X 线照射对荷瘤小鼠的骨髓抑制作用，采用正交实验设计，应用端粒酶抑制剂[AZT 300 mg/， lamivudine 150 mg/ ]联合X 线照射(2 Gy ×5次/ 1 周)处理移植性乳腺癌(MA782 )小鼠，观察其对骨髓有核细胞、外周血像及骨髓端粒酶活性的影响。

采用原位乳液聚合法制备了聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯/三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐复合胶粒，对其进行X光电子能谱及热重分析结果显示，在MC阻燃剂颗粒表面覆盖了一层PMMA胶膜，形成了具有核-壳结构的PMMA/MC复合胶粒；MC能影响PMMA的热降解过程并促进其成炭；在尼龙6(PA6)中的应用结果表明，PMMA/MC复合胶粒能改善PA6的力学性能和阻燃性能。

Firstly, the pGL3-Control vector was reconstructed , the pGL3-Enhancer vector deletious of SV40 promoter gene was obtained . Then the IFN-β promoter gene was cloned into the pGL3-Enhancer vector and pGL-IP21, the Luciferase reporter plasmid with IFN-β promoter was OK. The availability of pGL-IP21 was verified by NDV ,the inductor of IFN-β, the Luciferase activity was assayed in cells transfected with pGL-IP21 by Luminometer.

首先将pGL3-Control载体进行了改构，除去了SV40启动子基因，获得了pGL3-Enhancer载体，将获得的IFN-β启动子基因连入载体中，构建了带有人IFN-β启动子基因的荧光素酶报告质粒IP-21，并且通过实验证明所构建的质粒在干扰素的诱导剂NDV的作用下能够表达荧光素酶活性，照度计检测荧光素酶活性增强，从而验证了所构建的重组质粒的有效性。

Hydrophobic group would improve hydrophobic-oleophilic nature of the oil granule. Simultaneously, wetting reversed agent would change wetting performance of oil granule, enhance conglutination capability between air bubble and oil granule. And Frother would form bigger foam layer on the water, so it could prevnt granule with air bubble from rolling downward.Using the hydrophobic polymeric flocculant as one of ingredients for flotation agent formula, the flotation agent has good treatment effect.

We used phospholipid, Epikuron 200, and cholesterol as material to prepare liposome formulation, and discuss the effect of liposome formulation which contain phospholipid and cholesterol or the mix of ionic surfactants such as stearylamine, dicetyl phosphate and nonionic surfactant such as Tween 80. For the three group that physical properties of drug entrapment efficiency, particle size and stability of formulation on day 0, 14, 21 and 30 were respectively compared, and further, we were sieve out optimization of formulation.

我们利用Epikuron 200之磷脂质，以及胆固醇作为制备微脂粒处方之材料，并探讨处方不加或分别加入表面修饰剂stearylaminem与dicetyl phosphate以及非离子界面活性剂Tween 80对处方之影响，且比较此三组微脂粒的物理性质，包含包埋率、粒径大小以及处方在第0、14、21、30天之安定性的变化，进一步筛选出理想之处方。

Since there exists some disadvantages such as poor mechanic properties and much higher burning rate pressure exponents (?1) in the fundamental formulations, this work is devoted to the improvements of combustion characteristics and mechanic properties of LOVA propellants. The effects of the crystal shape, size and contents of nitroamine particles, the types of binder, plasticizer and surface-active agents and the contents of NC on combustion performance are studied by closed bomb tests. In the mechanic properties tests, the effects of the types of binders, plasticizers and solid fillers, the interaction between binders and solid fillers and technological procedures on propellant mechanic properties are researched.

针对基础配方具有燃速压力指数远大于1、力学性能差等特点，采用密闭爆发器等试验手段，研究了诸如硝胺粒径、硝胺晶体形状、硝胺含量、粘结剂、增塑剂、硝化棉含量及表面活性剂等因素对燃烧性能的影响；采用抗沖、抗压静态试验方法，对粘结剂、增塑剂、固体填料、粘结剂与固体填料之间的相互作用及工艺条件与力学性能之间的关系进行了研究，提出了改善低易损性发射药燃烧性能和力学性能的技术途径。
