Following a 12-hour fast, each subject orally ingested a green tea extract tablet containing 245mg of catechin (82mg epigallocatechin gallate, EGCg), which delivered catechin levels comparable to two cups of green tea.

经过12小时的禁食，每位研究对象口服一粒含有245毫克儿茶素(82毫克EGCg)的绿茶补充剂，相当於约两杯绿茶所含有的儿茶素份量。60分钟后，研究对象之EGCg浓度明显增加约267%，而EGCg及PCOOH之浓度净变化则显示反比关系(r=0.52，p.05)。

In this dissertation, based on glass microspheres and submicron silicon dioxide, the silver-coated core-shell shielding particles were prepared by liquid phase chemical deposition and layer by layer packing technology. The influences of the preparation conditions on the structure of the synthesized core-shell particles were also systemically studied. The conclusions are enumerated as follow:(1) Monodispersed submicron silicon dioxide spheres in the size range of 250～550 nm are synthesized by Sol-Gel method using ammonia as catalyst.

本文在前人研究的基础上设计出以微米级玻璃微珠为基核，采用液相化学沉积法和层层包裹法制备表面包银的核壳粒子电磁屏蔽剂，并对液相化学沉积法和层层包裹法的制备工艺进行了系统研究，取得了以下主要结论：(1)以氨水作催化剂，采用溶胶－凝胶法制备了粒径分布在250～550 nm之间的二氧化硅微球。

Starch nanoparticles have been prepared with W/O starch microemulsion as microreader and epichlorohydrin as cross-linking agent. The factors affecting the preparation of SN have been investigated via the characterization of TEM. The results show that the size and size distribution of SN are mainly controlled by the interfacial strength of microreactor, and the interfacial strength of microreactor is chiefly influenced by W value (the molar ratio of water / surfactant) and concentration of starch. The SN with controllable size and size distribution can be obtained by adjusting preparation parameters.

利用所得到的W／O型淀粉微乳液作为微型反应器，以环氧氯丙烷为交联剂制备出淀粉纳米粒，并借助透射电镜的表征研究了各制备因素的影响，研究结果表明：淀粉纳米粒的粒径及粒度分布主要受微型反应器的界面强度控制，而影响界面强度的因素主要是R值(即水与表面活性剂的摩尔比值)及淀粉液浓度。

The African green monkey kidney cell line, Vero, was used as the host for plasmid DNA and MNNG (N-methyl-N′-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine) was chosen as the DNA-damaging agent.

Methods Ten plots were selected with each area of 1 hm2. The baits were put beside the burrows in this study.
