The oxidation of solid biurea with chlorine in aqueous solution to produce azodicarbonamide was experimentally studied in a 1 L agitated glass vessel with a four-blade paddle stirrer. Based on the film theory, a model is first developed for this system by taking the gas-liquid and solid-liquid mass transfer, solid dissolution, and instantaneous reaction between the dissolved reactants into consideration.

在玻璃搅拌反应器中进行了固体联二脲与氯气液相氧化反应生成发泡剂 ADC过程的传质与动力学实验，提出了基于双膜理论的数学模型，以描述这一反应系统所涉及的气液和固液传质、固体溶解以及溶解物在液相中发生瞬间反应，特别是随反应进行固体反应物粒径变小导致固液传质速率减小的复杂过程。

The results showed that the average particle size of the material was 103 nm, with 70% less than 100 nm. The particles exhibited a bursiform structure.

结果表明：整理剂的平均粒径为103 nm，小于100 nm的颗粒约占70%，呈类囊式结构。

Nano-sized hydrous ceric oxide with an average diameter size of 70 nm and specific surface area 212 m g were prepared using sol-precipitation method in conjunction with ultrasonic dispersion.

采用溶胶沉淀结合超声分散处理的方法，制备平均粒径为70nm，比表面积为212平方公尺g^(-1)的纳米级水合氧化铈吸附剂。

The results show that the introducing of multivinyl monomer and CaCO3 can slow down polymerization rate to different extent.Using 1％～5％ trimethylolpropane trimetbacrylateor divinyl benzene,tight encapsulation of CaCO3 can be realized and beyond 94％PS cannot be extracted. The amount of crosslinker or emulsifier should be accommodated when the load amount of CaCO3 is increased.CaCO3 content in the product increases consequently with the increase of the loaded amount of CaCO3,which can be known from FT-IR and TGA.TEM observations reveal that when the load amount of CaCO3 is 14.8％,most CaCO3 particles are encapsulated and each latex particle contains one CaCO3 particle.Composite particles have well-defined core—shell structure and the thickness of polymer shells is around 10 nm.However,the thickness of polymer shell decreases and many free CaCO3 particles appear when the load amount of CaCO3 reaches 29.3％and 58.7％,respectively.

结果表明，多乙烯基单体以及碳酸钙的引入会使聚合反应速率有不同程度的降低；使用1%～5%的TMPTMA或DVB，可实现PS对碳酸钙颗粒的牢固包覆，不可抽提的PS达94%以上；当碳酸钙用量改变时，需要适当调整乳化剂和多乙烯基单体的用量；IR和TGA的结果表明，随着碳酸钙用量增加，产物中的碳酸钙含量也相应增加；TEM照片和计算结果显示，当碳酸钙用量为14.8%时，绝大部分碳酸钙颗粒被包覆，且基本上每个乳胶粒中包覆一个碳酸钙颗粒，复合粒子具有清晰的核壳结构，壳层厚度约为10 nm，而当碳酸钙用量增加到29.3%和58.7%时，壳层厚度减小，并且出现较多裸露的碳酸钙颗粒。

Among several neutral oils, transformer oil shows the best agglomeration effect. For the complex tailings, in which over 90% of molybdenum distributed in the range of -0.038 mm, the optimal dosage of transformer oil and frother was about 12 kg/t and 0.5 kg/t respectively, and the least agitation time and rate should above 3 min and 400 r/min, respectively.

结果表明，在众多中性油中，变压器油表现出了较好的油团聚浮选效果，对于钼金属分布率高于90%的-0.038mm粒级的浮选尾矿，其合适用量需达到12kg/t左右，与之配合的起泡剂用量在0.5kg/t左右，油团聚时间及搅拌强度分别需达到3min和400r/min以上。

The results showed that fumaric acid is most favorable to prepare MnO2 sol.

结果表明，富马酸是制备MnO2溶胶比较合适的还原剂，Span80和Tween80复配乳化剂的效果最好，在油∶溶胶=4∶1，乳状液∶三乙胺=8∶3的条件下制得的纳米MnO2微粒，其形貌为规整的球体，粒径均匀，几乎为单分散性。

The mixture of triethanolamine oleate and Tween80 or NP-10 can make the O/W emulsion particle smaller and more uniform than other surfactants, and increase thewettability and the stability of O/W emulsion. The type, hydrophile lipophile balance value,content and their mixture of surfactant have great influence on the emulsion droplet diameter.

油酸三乙醇胺皂与Tween80或NP-10复配能使乳化液分散更细、更均匀，进一步降低其表面张力，提高乳化液的润湿性和稳定性；乳化剂的类型、亲水亲油平衡值及其用量和复配技术对乳化液的粒径有较大影响。

The emulsifiers used were compounded systems composed of anionic and nonionic surfactants. Other conditions such as initiator, reaction temperature, and the amount of MAA also influenced the properties of the latices.

同时，软硬单体比例、具有亲水功能的甲基丙烯酸MAA单体的用量、反应温度和引发剂的用量等对胶乳的粒径和应用后织物的性能都有不同程度的影响。

Two kinds of cross-linked polyacrylate latices with relatively narrow distribution of particle diameters, which are abbreviated to P and P/P, were synthesized by seeded emulsion co-polymerization, respectively. Butyl acrylate and 2-ethylhexy! acrylate were used as comonomers of ACR core, styrene and methyl methacrylate were employed as comonomers of ACR shell, and 1,4-butanediol diacrylate was used as cross-linking agent.
