In our research, the morphological and physicochemical properties of common corn starch granule and resistant starch granule were systemically studied using Rapid Visco Analyzer, Farinograph, Mixograph, TA-plus, Laser Particle Analyzer, Differential Scanning Calorimeter and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer. And the influences of resistant starch on pasting properties of wheat flour and rheological properties of dough with different gluten strengh were investigated, so did effects on sensory and texture characteristics of staple food in northern China. These results will provide some theoretical basis for resistant starch widely using in food industry.

本文采用快速黏度分析仪、粉质仪、揉混仪、质构分析仪、激光粒度仪、差示扫描量热仪、红外光谱仪等先进测试仪器系统研究了抗性淀粉和普通玉米淀粉的颗粒形貌和理化性质，探讨了抗性淀粉对不同筋力小麦粉糊化和流变学特性及北方主食感官和质构特性的影响，为抗性淀粉在食品工业中的广泛应用提供了理论依据。

Finally, the physical index and compression index of silty soil from Yangtze Basf project are divided to three groups according to depth, then characteristic statistic are calculated to physical and compression index of three groups and mechanical index of all depths. After that, normal distribution 、 logarithmic normal distribution and extreme I distribution are fitted for physical and mechanical indexes. And Goodness-of-fit testing with X~2 method is done subsequently.

最后，将扬子巴斯夫工程粉质粘土的物理指标和压缩性指标按照埋深分为三组，计算了不同深度上粉质粘土的物理指标和压缩性指标以及所有深度上抗剪强度指标的特征统计量；然后用正态分布、对数正态分布和极值I型分布对各指标进行概率模型拟合并用x~2法对拟合优度进行了检验。

Moreover drilling measures in different strata are pointed out,which are firstly drilling without slurry in part of silty clay layer,secondly adopting double-bottom bailing bit and bore directly and abandoning slurry with impact drilling rig in muddy clay layer,thirdly selecting short screw auger at low speed in gravel layer,finally choosing rock-socketed drilling tube in shaly sand layer.

指出旋挖钻机在不同地层中的钻进措施：部分粉质粘土层中可用清水或干孔钻进，淤泥质粘土层中采用双底捞砂钻头、直接用冲击钻机钻孔弃浆，圆砾层中采用短螺旋钻头低速钻进，泥质砂岩层中采用嵌岩钻筒钻进等措施，保证施工工期满足架梁节点要求。

The results show that these gravel silty clays distributed at the range between the rock slope with an altitude lower than 190m and the rock platform with an altitude about 140-150m are formed from sliding; and that those gravel silty clays distributed above 190m of the rock surface are residual, colluvial and talus deposits; and that the gravel sand layer located along Zhuxi River is a kind of alluvial deposit.

研究结果表明：分布在基岩面高程190m以下的斜坡与基岩面高程140~150m平台上的粉质黏土夹碎石土层是由滑坡作用形成的；分布在基岩面高程190m以上的粉质黏土夹碎石土层是由崩积、残积及坡积作用形成的；卵石砂土层是苎溪河的冲积作用形成的。

Secondly, the influences of pH value of buffer solutions on the dedolomitization of dolostone powders and the expansion of a reactive dolomitic limestone were investigated. A program was conducted to study the reaction and expansion of dolostone powders in compacts and pastes of cement, and that of dolomitic rocks with few clay and quartz in alkaline solutions and concrete.

第二部分研究了溶液pH值对白云岩粉料的去白云化反应速率及活性白云质灰岩膨胀速率的影响；分析了白云岩粉料在水泥压实体中、含很少粘土和石英的白云质岩石在碱溶液及混凝土中所发生的化学反应，并测定了伴随化学反应产生的膨胀。

The research contents include following aspects:(1) In this paper,a series of consolidated and undrained triaxial compression tests were carried out on soil samples of various dry density to study strain types ;the stable prosperities and strength characteristics of the silty soil of the Yellow River Estuary.

论文的主要研究工作包括：(1)通过对不同干密度的黄河口粉质土重塑土样的固结不排水剪切试验，分析探讨黄河口粉质土的应变类型；强度指标的变化规律以及稳态强度的特征。

Then necessity and feasibility of determining clay content and shale content are studied with different logging response curves.

本文从泥质的基本概念和泥质在测井解释中的具体响应出发，把泥质分为粘土和细粉砂两部分，从而利用不同的测井响应曲线分别研究确定粘土含量和泥质含量的必要性和可行性。
