The ethanolwashed powders also contained a few of hard agglomerates because of uneffective dehydration. Beside, ethanol volatilizes in advance of water during drying because ethanol has a lower boiling point than water, so steric effects of ethanol won't act. However, nearly no hard agglomerate formed in the azeotropic distilled powders, because of effective dehydration and higher boiling point for n-butanol.
