We firstly introduced benzoazole (including benzimidazole, benzoxazole and benzothiazole) into the meso-positions of porphines and obtained five new porphyrins 36a-e. Their structures were characterized by 1H NMR, MS, UV-vis spectra and fluorescence emission spectra.

The results showed that loading Ag^＋, Ni^2＋, Cu^2＋ or Zn^2＋ ion on the activated carbon obviously improved its adsorption of benzothiophene, while loading Fe^3＋ or Co^3＋ ion on the activated carbon caused a decrease in its adsorption of benzothiophene in comparison with the original unloaded activated carbon, which was due to the variation of the nature of soft and hard acid on the surface of the activated carbon.

Simultaneously we prepared benzimidazolines with two methods by the reducton of benzimidazolium salts with NaBH_4 and Grignard addition with benzimidazolium salts. Thus we provided a new biomimic synthetic method for 9 kind of tetrahydro-β-carboline starting from carboxylic aicd and halid. A convenient synthetic method for preparing tetrahydro-β-carboline was provided.

本文以1，3-二甲基苯并咪唑碘盐和2-取代的1，3-二甲基苯并咪唑碘盐为原料，采用了NaBH_4还原和Grignard试剂加成两种方法，制备了9种1，3-二甲基苯并咪唑烷和2-取代的1，3-二甲基苯并咪唑烷作为四氢叶酸辅酶一碳单元转移新模型，在酸性条件下，以色胺作为接受一碳转移的亲核试剂，完成9种四氢-β-咔啉类化合物的新合成方法研究。

Results We discovered and confirmed that there were 17 different species of 1st intermediate host of in Paragonimus Jiangxi, covering 2 families and 3 genera, and 23 different species of 2nd intermediate host, covering 1 order, 1 family and 3 genera, 15 of which were reported to be new species by the authors. Furthermore, a new genus of Jiangxi Huananpotamon was built up, based on the assumption that Wuyi mountain range is the developing centre of Huananpotamon , and tend to spread out towards Jiulian mountain of Nanling mountain range adjacent to Guangdong Province and Luoxiao mountain range next to Hunan Province. In addition, Jiangxi Province freshwater crab order was created at the end of research, as well as a complete classification and retrieval table of its order and genus. The authors also proved that the advantageous stocks of freshwater crabs carrying encysted metacercaria of Jiangxi Paragonimus westermani were Sinopotamon fukiense and S.wanzaiense .
