In this master thesis, we mainly discuss the adjacent vertex- distinguishing total chromatic numbers of some special graphs and prove that Zhang"s conjecture holds for these graphs. Then we get the adjacent vertex-distinguishing total chromatic numbers of the Halin Graphs. Moreover, we investigate the Generalized Petersen Graphs, prove that some classes of positive integers can"t structure the Generalized Petersen Graphs and get the result that the adjacent vertex-distinguishing total chromatic number is 5. Finally, based on the number and the parity of circles contained by the graph, we get the adjacent vertex-distinguishing total chromatic number of two classes of graphs.

本学位论文首先主要针对几个特殊图类讨论其邻点可区别全色数，验证了其满足图的邻点可区别全色数的猜想；再证明了非轮的Halin图的邻点可区别全色数；接着研究的是广义Petersen图，讨论了不能构成广义Petersen图的几类正整数，并证明了该图的邻点可区别全色数等于5；最后，根据图所含圈的个数及其奇偶性得到了两类图的邻点可区别全色数。

The annulation of stilbene compounds were studied. Phenanthrene derivates-interme diates of tylophorine were synthesized by annulation from-2,3-bis(3,4-dimethoxyphen yl)acrylic acid and-2,3-bis(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl) acrylonitrile with phenyliodine diace tate as a friendly and high efficient catalyzer.The route was first reported, whose application foreground would be promising.The catalyzer will be used to study of synthesi- zing a series of new phenanthrenes.

本文还探索了简单类化合物关环反应，并研究出用廉价高效对环境友好的催化剂-二乙酸碘苯成功地将类化合物－3，4-二甲氧基-α-(3，4-二甲氧苯基)-肉桂酸和-2-(3，4-二甲氧苯基)-3-(3，4-二甲氧苯基)-丙烯关环形成相应的菲环衍生物－娃儿藤碱重要中间体，此方法在国内尚属首次，具有重要的应用价值，此外可用此催化剂研究一系列类化合物的关环反应。

Research results show that 25% Amistar SC could be used safely on Fuji, New Red Star, Beidou, Australian Green Apple, but it is harmful to Gala. Amistar has a great control effect on apple powdery mildew, apple scab and apple Alternaria leaf spot. The control effect works from 80% to 90% when it is used with 1:2000 to 1:3000 dilutions in field.

In this paper, eleven benzothiazole derivatives such as N, N, N′, N′-tetra (2-benzothiazolyl) methyl-1, 2-ethanediamine,(2-benzothiazolyl) methyloxy benzene, 2,4-dichloro( 2-benzothiazolyl) methyloxy benzene, O-di(2-benzothiazolyl) methyloxybenzene, P-di(2-benzothiazolyl) methyloxy benzene, 3-(2-benzothiazolyl) pyridine were synthesized by means of conventional method or MWI technology and a single crystal of di (2-benzothiazolyl ) methyl ether was obtained.
