Many studies on RALFs were in Solanum, including the structure and maturation, the gene expression, receptors and functions and so on.

Phenanthrene derivates-interme diates of tylophorine were synthesized by annulation from-2,3-bis(3,4-dimethoxyphen yl)acrylic acid and-2,3-bis(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl) acrylonitrile with phenyliodine diace tate as a friendly and high efficient catalyzer.The route was first reported, whose application foreground would be promising.The catalyzer will be used to study of synthesi- zing a series of new phenanthrenes.

These women, ages 61, 72 and 74 years, receiving long-term pergolide therapy for Parkinson's disease or restless legs syndrome, had valvular abnormalities strikingly similar to those induced by fenfluramine, ergot derivatives, or carcinoid. All three had severe, unexplained tricuspid regurgitation; two had predominantly right-sided congestive heart failure; and two had moderate aortic and mitral valve regurgitation. Histology revealed surface fibroproliferative lesions with preserved underlying valve architecture. Carcinoid was excluded, and none of the patients had taken anorectic drugs or ergots other than pergolide.

这3位妇女年龄分别为61、72及74岁，都长期服用pergolide来治疗帕金森氏症或睡眠脚动症，而且也都有不明原因的严重三尖瓣闭锁不全，就像因fenfluramine、麦角衍生物，或类癌肿瘤所引起的瓣膜异常情形一样；其中2位主要有右心衰竭，2位有中度的主动脉及二尖瓣的闭锁不全，组织学检查显现表面有纤维增生性的损伤，但瓣膜的结构仍然还在；类癌是被排除在外的，而且这3位妇女除了pergolide之外，都不曾服用过厌食剂或麦角类药物。
