Based on the obtained crab species f rom the investigation of shrimp and c rab species in May,August and November of 1998and Febru ary of 1999,as well as the ones reported in the documents,this paper made a fully research on the geograph ical distribution and faunal characteristic of crab species in the East China Sea for the purpose of getting a full v iew.

To analyze and compare the characters of Fuzzy c-Means clustering and artificial immune network aiNet clustering, conclude that Fuzzy c-Means clustering does not work well if the underlying classes or clusters deviate strongly from hyperspherical structures, aiNet is capable of reducing redundancy, describing data structure, including the shape of clusters by experiments on relatively gathering data set, scattering data set, annular data set and corkscrew data set.

分析比较了模糊C 均值聚类算法FCM 和人工免疫网络aiNet 聚类算法的特性，通过它们对相对集中数据、稀疏分散数据、环状和螺旋分布数据聚类来进行比较，得到当遇到潜在的类或簇背离超球面结构时，FCM 算法表现不佳，而aiNet 可以很好的发现数据的内在特征，减少数据中的冗余、描述数据结构和聚类形状，表现良好的适应性。

The multi-drug resistance rate of Salmonella and E.coli were 91.80% and 100%.According to the genes sequence published in Genbank ,we analysed the value of Tm ,content of G+C, oligonucleotide dimer by DNAStar and Primer 5.0 software, and according to the construction of I integron ,we designed 3 pairs of primers to amplify intIl gene ,variable segment ,3"-conserved segment for detectting Salmonella and E.coli"s I integron.As a result , aimed genes were amplified and sequenced;The detection rate of I integron of 61 Salmonella and 48 E.coli were 81.97% and 66.67%.

据文献报道及GenBank中注册的基因序列，运用DNAStar软件分析同源率及Primer5.0软件对Tm值、G+C含量、引物二聚体等进行分析，根据Ⅰ类整合子的结构设计了3对引物，对Ⅰ类整合子的intI1、可变区、3'保守端进行扩增，检测沙门氏菌和大肠杆菌Ⅰ类整合子；扩增出了相应基因片段并测序；61株沙门氏菌和48株大肠杆菌中分别有50株和32株菌检测出Ⅰ类整合子，Ⅰ类整合子的检测率分别为：81.97％和66.67％。
