The results show that as for the as-cast castings, eutectic Si particles are characterized as fibrous or long acicular shape as well as in homogenous distribution, and the impact absorbed energy varies from 1.17 to 2.35J. After T6 heat treatment, the eutectic Si particles become small granular or short bacilliform, and the aspect ratio and area fraction of Si particles decrease evidently. The energy of the T6-treated castings is 1.45-3.80 J, which is higher than that of the as-cast castings. Furthermore, the fracture mechanisms of different regions in the castings were analyzed and discussed.

After T6 heat treatment, the eutectic Si particles become small granular or short bacilliform, and the aspect ratio and area fraction of Si particles decrease evidently. The energy of the T6-treated castings is 1.453.80 J, which is higher than that of the as-cast castings. Furthermore, the fracture mechanisms of different regions in the castings were analyzed and discussed.

The McAb titers of three hybridoma cells lines from ascetic fluid were 1∶6000, 1∶6000 and 1∶12000 by ELISA test respectively. The sensitivity of the McAbs was 102-103 cfu. The McAbs did not have cross-reactivity with any other bacteroides and clostridia.

The conidia formation was inhibited on the PDA agar plate with the culture filtrates though the spores germinated and formed their hypha in certain degree. Growth suppression, increasing branches of their offset and swelling in the middle and/or the top of the hyphae were observed with microscope and scanning election microscope. The longer time the treatment, the more severe the hyphae aberration was, some of them were altered as beadlike, some offsets formed cluster-like structure.
