用低渗解体及反复冻融裂解的方法，制备了猪喘气病病原霉形体膜，将所制备的膜制品接种兔肾原代单层细胞，作生物学活性观察，在接种量按蛋白含量计算为25～50微克膜蛋白的细胞管中观察致细胞病变作用，在接种17.5微克膜蛋白的细胞管中作用不明显，接种6微克膜蛋白的细胞管无致细胞病变作用。

结果 (1)33例cHL中，30／33(90.91％)H／RS细胞和33／33(100％)背景淋巴细胞BSAP表达阳性，而H／RS细胞10／33(30.30％)CD20阳性，1／33(3.03％)CD45RO阳性，31／33(93.94％)CD30阳性，25／33(75.75％)CD15阳性；(2)33例HL石蜡刮片组织中有16例(48.48％)出现IgH基因重排阳性，显微切割的19管H／RS细胞有14管(73.68％)扩增阳性，而12管背景淋巴细胞有2管(16.67％)扩增阳性；(3)测序分析周新华第一军医大学病理学教研室获得了一段免疫球蛋白重链可变区的重排片断；（4）原位PCR结果发现杂交的阳性颗粒不仅出现在探针来源的同一病例也出现在不同病例的HillS细胞核上，同时在部分周围背景淋巴细胞核上也见到阳性颗粒。

This is a retrospective analysis of 194 patients with primary malignant brain tumor, who registered between January 1, 1970 and December 31, 1979 in cancer registration, Cancer Therapy Center, Veterans General Hospital, Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C. There were 36 cases of glioblastoma multiforme, 86 cases of malignant astrocytoma (grade Ⅲ and a few grade Ⅱ), 22 of medulloblastoma, 12 of oligodendroglioma, 11 of ependymoma or ependymoblastoma and 27 cases of other types. There were 141 male cases with ages ranging from ito 81 years with a mean of 33.3±19.3 and median of 34 years.

自1970年1月至1979年12月台北荣民总医院癌病治疗中心癌病登记组共登记了194例原发恶性脑瘤其中多形神经胶母细胞瘤有36例，第二级及第三级星细胞瘤有86例，神经管胚细胞瘤有22例，间胶质母细胞瘤有12例，室管膜瘤或室管膜胚细胞瘤(ependy-moblastoma)有11例，其他有27例。

About 48%(90/194) were below 29 years of age. Ninety-nine of 194 cases had either radiotherapy alone or supplementary treatment with radiotherapy following surgery. We analyzed multiple prognostic factors. The factors of importance included postoperative radiotherapy; female in glioblastoma multiforme; the primary tumor dose above 5000 rads and/or whole brain irradiation in malignant astrocytoma and glioblastoma multiforme; the primary tumor dose above 4500 rads in ependymoma, medulloblastoma and oligodendroglioma; and spinal axis irradiation above 2000 rads in ependymoma and medulloblastoma that produced a better prognosis than in other groups.

男与女之比例为2.7比1，年龄分布自1至81岁，平均年龄33.3±19.3岁，中值年龄为34岁，29岁以下占48%(90/194)，其中99例单独或手术后辅以放射腺治疗，分析同种脑瘤的预后因素，其中多形神经胶母细胞瘤有手术后放射线治疗或女性，多形神经胶母细胞瘤合并星细胞瘤原发肿瘤剂量5000雷得以上或曾全颅腔照射，神经管胚细胞瘤，间胶质母细胞瘤，及室管膜瘤原发肿瘤剂量4500雷得以上，室管膜瘤及神经管胚细胞瘤有脊轴照射2000雷得以上预后均佳，且统计上有显著的差异。

The expressions of VEGF mRNA in renal cortex in B and group C increased greatly compared with A group at 8th week(P.01), And the expression was decreased more in C group than that in B group at the 8th week;④The light microscopes results showed that no pathological changes in group A; pathological changes were much obvious in group B:glomerular capillary lumen tumbling,lumens blocked,mesangial region widened,basal lamina thicking,mesenterium base inceased,the volume of glomerulus become large,cell population increased,renal tubule vacuolization, renal interstitium was infiltrated by lots of lymphocyte and mononuclear macrophage; pathological changes in group C was light,only see glomerular capillary lumen lightly stegnosis,few lymphocyte infiltrating.

免疫组化结果显示第8周B组大鼠肾皮质VEGF蛋白含量较A组显著增加(P.01)，C组VEGF含量较B组有明显减少(P.01)，C组较A组表达量仍然增加(P.01)；③第8周B组肾皮质VEGF mRNA表达较A组有明显上调(P.01)，与B组相比，辛伐他汀可以明显减少C组肾皮质VEGF mRNA表达；④光学显微镜下A组肾小球毛细血管腔均匀一致，无狭窄，肾小管-间质无炎症细胞浸润。B组则病变较明显：大鼠肾小球毛细血管袢塌陷，管腔闭塞，系膜区增宽，基膜增厚和系膜基质增多，肾小球体积增大，出现玻璃样变；肾小管尤其是近区小管肿胀、变性、空泡形成，肾间质可见大量淋巴细胞和单核巨噬细胞浸润。C组病变较轻，可见肾小球毛细血管管腔轻度狭窄，肾小管-间质见少量淋巴细胞浸润。

抑制24h转为正常培养24h，不影响卵母细胞的成熟和孤雌激活能力，并且CHX抑制后再成熟的卵母细胞经孤雌激活发育到囊胚的比例与对照组卵母细胞相似。8、体外受精后，CHX抑制后再成熟卵母细胞的多精受精现象显著增加，发育到桑椹胚/囊胚的比例显著低于对照组。9、CHX抑制过程中皮质颗粒仍能发生迁移，但是CHX抑制会对皮质颗粒的迁移造成不可恢复的损伤，使再成熟的卵母细胞内皮质颗粒不能完全迁移。10、CHX抑制对山羊卵母细胞α-微管和微丝都没有影响，无论是抑制后处于生发泡期的卵母细胞，还是抑制后再成熟的卵母细胞，微管和微丝的分布都与对照卵母细胞相似。

动脉瘤管壁厚薄明显不均，全层或局部区域显著变薄向外膨出，内皮细胞空泡变性或坏死脱落，部分内皮细胞剥离并突入管腔成游离状，可见血栓形成及部分血栓机化；内弹力板变薄、消失或突然中断；在内膜及中膜部位主要为纤维母细胞、纤维细胞和大片胶原；部分动脉瘤壁呈均质状玻璃样变，平滑肌细胞明显减少；中膜和外膜可见大量的炎性细胞浸润；瘤壁组织有纤维母细胞、纤维细胞、大片胶原成分及较多泡沫细胞，胞浆内充满脂类物质及胆固醇结晶；部分动脉瘤腔内充满血栓，有的血拴已经纤维化，血栓基部机化，血栓表面有红细胞和纤维素。
