Methods: 1. Male Sprague-Dawley rats were established renal calcium oxalate calculi model. 2. The different dose of LBP, medlar soak and apozem was given. The calcium oxalate crystallization, the renal cell apoptosis and the renal free radical level were detected. 3. The relationship of the renal cell apoptosis index, the renal free radical level and the calcium oxalate crystallization grade in the kidney tubule was determined.

1、给大鼠建立肾草酸钙结石模型；2、予以不同剂量的枸杞多糖，不同浓度的枸杞浸泡剂和煎剂灌喂，比较肾小管内草酸钙结晶的形成，测定肾小管上皮细胞的凋亡指数，自由基水平；3、分析结晶等级评分、细胞凋亡指数和自由基的相互关系，判断枸杞多糖预防肾草酸钙结石的作用机制和效果。

Results The tissue of 3 cases of ACC in the esophagus was mainly composed of square shape gland epithelial cell and variant myoepithelial cell, mesh shape cavity crack and the tubular, the entity shape arrangement, the cavity crack content basophilia and acidophilia the secretion. There was transmigration of superficial epidermis in 1 case of ACC; All 3 cases were positive of CK, H-CK, P63, S-100 (endochylema /nucleus), EMA, and Bcl-2. Case 3 was positive of CerbB-2 and P53. Case 2 was CD117, AAT, SMA, PAS/AB.

结果 3例食管腺样囊性癌的癌组织主要由立方形腺上皮细胞和变异的肌上皮细胞组成，呈筛孔状腔隙、管状、实体状排列，腔隙内含嗜碱性和嗜伊红分泌物；3例食管腺样囊性癌中例1表面上皮有移行；免疫组化：3例CK、H-CK、P63、S-100、EMA、Bcl-2均，例3 CerBb-2，P53，例2 CD117，AAT、SMA，PAS/AB。

Immunocytochemistry localization shows SBP117 is mainly located at the bulliform cell in the leaf. Tissue printing study showed that SBPl 17 is mainly located at the epidermis of roots, shoots and leaves as well as in the vascular bundle of the rice roots and leaves. The distribution of SBPl 17 is coincided with the sites of Si accumulated in rice plants.

免疫细胞化学检测SBP117主要分布在水稻叶片的泡状细胞中；组织印迹法显示SBP117主要分布在水稻根茎叶的外表皮中，在根和叶的维管组织中也有分布，这与硅在水稻体内的分布是一致的，说明此蛋白参与控制硅在水稻体内的沉积。
