目的 观察不同浓度雌二醇对肾小管上皮细胞（HK-2细胞）人尿酸盐转运子基因表达的影响。

Result: At two weeks after OVA challenge, in model group airway wall thickness and positive cell nucleus of airway smooth muscle begin to grow up. At four weeks after challenge, airway smooth muscle content begins to elevate. At two and four weeks, expression of phenotype mark protein begins to low down, except for sm α-actin at two weeks.

结果发现，模型组大鼠激发二周后出现管壁增厚，四周后出现平滑肌层增厚，二周时即开始出现气道平滑肌Brdu掺入增多；smα-actin于二周时表达增强，而于四周时减弱，sm-MHC、calponin在二周、四周时表达均出现减少；电镜发现平滑肌细胞肌丝稍减少，而高尔基体、粗面内质网等细胞器增多。

Expression of islet-1 in spinal cord of adult rat.In grey of the spinal cord of adult rat, the results of both of ISL1 immunohistochemistry and islet-1 mRNA in situ hybridi-zation showed that islet-1 gene expressed predominantly in the nuclei of motoneurons in ventral region and some cell around central canal and dorsal region. In white of spinal cord, the expression of islet-1 located in astroglia in anterior and dorsal funiculus.

在正常成年大鼠脊髓灰质中，ISL-l免疫组化和islet-lmRNA原位分子杂交结果都显示islet-1在腹侧角运动神经元中有相当强度的表达；在中央管周围和背侧角胶状质也有islet-1阳性表达细胞存在；在脊髓白质中，islet-l在腹侧索和背侧索中的星形胶质细胞有表达，外侧索相对较少。

Methods:Via a cannula iserted into adominal aorta, Gey's balanced salt solution containing 0.025% collagenase P was perfused into rat normal pancreas. After digestion with collagenase P and protease, Nycodenz density gradient centrifugation was performed to isolate PSC. PSC was identified by its morphology, cytoplasmic lipid droplets and immunocytochemical staining for desmin, GFAP and α-SMA. Results:The production,viability and purity of isolated PSC were（15.3 ± 4.6）× 103／g body weight,（95.0 ± 3.5）%, and ﹥80％ respectively.

大鼠腹主动脉插管灌注后，经胶原酶消化、Nycodenz密度梯度离心，分离得到PSC；通过观察细胞形态、胞质内脂滴和免疫细胞化学方法检测结蛋白、神经胶质酸纤维蛋白（glial fibrillary acidic protein，GFAP）、α平滑肌肌动素（α-smooth muscle actin，α-SMA）的表达来鉴定PSC。

Additionally, in kidney section, we observed the hydropic change caused of the glucose, it would make the cell damage. When HSE or HPE pretreated, this phenomena was improved.

另外，在肾脏组织切片可以发现，以STZ诱发糖尿病，可以观察到肾小管的细胞明显出现了许多的透明水肿的变化，这可能是由於葡萄糖造成渗透压的改变，使细胞受到损伤所致，给予HSE及HPE可以改善此现象。

In the experiment, an approach was made to the cause of DRP and the mechanism of it's prevention and treatmend by acupuncture. The experimental results indicated that in rat with diabetes,(1) plasma TXB2 and the ratio of TXB2 to 6-keto-PGF1α increased obviously, suggesting hyperfunction of platelet and injury to endothelial function, which tend to result in thrombosis;(2) erythrocytic filtration index increased remarkably, suggesting erythrocytic transforming and oxygen carring hypofunction, which is one of the factors leading to retinal anoxia;(3) hyperglycemia persisted, which is related to the thickening of basilar membrane of and the decrease of mural cell of retinal blood vessels;(4) serum growth hormone rose notably, which is not only one of the important factors causing basilar membrane thickening but also promotes the synthesis or Von Willebrand Factor that participates in a tendency to thrombosis.

本实验对糖尿病性视网膜病变（Diabetic Retinopathy，DRP）的成因以及针刺防治DRP的作用机理进行了探讨，实验结果表明：糖尿病大鼠（1）血浆TXB2及TXB2/6-ket0-PGF1α比值均显著升高，提示其血小板机能亢进，内皮细胞功能损伤，具有血栓形成倾向；（2）红细胞滤过指数（Filtration Index，IF）显著增高，提示其红细胞变形能力低下，携氧运行功能降低，是造成视网膜缺氧状态的因素之一；（3）呈持续高血糖状态，与视网膜血管基底膜增厚及管壁细胞减少有关；（4）血清生长激素（Growth Hormone，GH）水平明显升高，既是导致基底膜增厚的重要因素之一，又促进VWF合成，参与血栓形成倾向。

Results After oral administration of ST pinocytosis vesicles began to increase in endothelial cells of blood vessel in 1 hour,apocrine of ependymal cells began to increase and myelin sheath degeneration appeared in 2 hours,extensive myelin sheath degeneration and mitochondrion degeneration and incisure and vacuoles in nucleus of neuron were found in 4 and 8 hours.

结果 ST灌胃后1 h血管内皮细胞吞饮囊泡开始增多，2 h组室管膜细胞的顶浆分泌增多，部分神经髓鞘变性；4 h和8 h组神经纤维广泛变性，神经元线粒体变性、核切迹和空泡出现；16 h组神经元胞浆内线粒体变性更加明显，并出现脂褐素。
