For a big-and-medium-sized enterprise, if many softwares are deployed manually by IT adiministrator to dozens or hundreds of computers, there will exist probably such problems as very time-consuming, strenuosity, inconsistency of software function and inconvenience for unified management of software resources. Therefore, it is necessary to research and develop a software system that manages software resources in an enterprise in a unified way and automates software installtion and uninstallation, sofwate distribution and update.

对于大中型企业，如果要管理员手工把众多软件部署到几十台、上百台计算机上，主要存在的问题是非常耗时、软件功能的不一致性和不便于软件资源的统一管理，所以有必要研制出一个软件系统对企业软件资源进行统一管理，使软件分发、安装、更新和卸载的过程做到完全自动化，提高管理效率。

The title and bill of material in engineering drawings are important data source for product data integrated management. In order to reuse the CAD data, the paper presents an effective method for extracting part information from existing engineering drawings. Through analyzing the format of title and bill of material, several shape-position characteristics of tables are summed up from the view of macro-layout and microstructure. A new method to automatically extracting drawing information based on cell-grid and feature-point is proposed along with its algorithm principle and implementation steps. A software package based on the method mentioned above is developed and used in practice.

本文针对软件开发项目管理的特点和环境，分析比较了各种开发方法，吸收了软件工程、项目管理、面向对象方法与技术、系统工程、人工智能、分布式网络管理系统、特征及映射技术等领域的知识，提出了基于Agent的软件开发项目管理方法，对基于Agent的软件开发项目的系统分析、系统设计以及程序编制等方面进行了深入研究，并且采用可视化统一建模语言来自动生成基于Agent的应用程序模型。

The appraisal and the finding of current mill condition , the forecasting of conditiontrend ,fault diagnosis 、maintenance strategy arithmetic and decision-making deducingprocess.To enhance software function of equipment management information system, mill condition-based maintenance software aided system is developed,it can save mill condition data into equipment information management platform,through mill software module to analysis sequenced detection data and automaticly give the appraisal of current mill condition , the forecasting of condition trend ,fault diagnosis,maintenance strategy and decision-making suggestion for mill technician as a reference to decide whether tostart mill condition-based maintenance.

在燃煤电厂既有的设备点检和大小修管理信息系统软件平台的基础上，进一步开发磨煤机的状态检修软件支持系统模块，能存储磨煤机的状态点检数据入设备信息管理平台，通过磨煤机状态检修软件支持系统模块对一段时间内的磨煤机点检数据进行处理从而给出磨煤机当前状态的分析与评价，磨煤机状态趋势的预测，磨煤机的故障分析、故障原因查找和解决措施，将最终的维修决策建议提供给磨煤机的专业技术维修人员和管理决策者参考，结合软件分析和人工经验的干预以决定是否开始磨煤机的状态检修。

The author of this paper participated the beginning phase of the whole Yun-Wan freeway geological exploration work. After lucubrating GIS exploitation technique and reading plenty of correlative references the author realized that geological data management is of practical value to engineering project department. Thus, thanks to those profound data accumulated during previous explorations, the author developed a professional and practical GIS system for Yun-Wan freeway—EGIS based on exploitation flat roof - Arc View.

作者参与了云万高速公路的整个地质初勘阶段的工作，在深入学习了GIS开发技术和在查阅大量相关参考文献的基础上，并了解了工程设计部门对地质资料管理的实际需求，将工作中所收集到的大量地质勘察资料作为基础源数据，在ArcView GIS的开发平台上，针对云万高速公路开发出了专业型的实用GIS系统——工程地质资料管理信息系统，系统由Access关系数据库管理系统建立属性数据库，由ArcView GIS软件来实现对空间数据库的管理功能；以软件本身所提供的Avenue语言和程序设计语言Visual Basic 6.0作为系统的开发语言，并对ArcView GIS软件本身的不足方面，进行了二次开发，使系统的功能得到了增强，让系统使用起来更加方便和完善。
