如何完善现代企业治理机制下的内部控制制度，笔者认为：应加强内部控制理论的研究，建立健全内部控制的标准体系；重新安排我国董事会的权力格局，引进独立董事制度，完善公司法人治理结构；加强企业危机管理意识，建立企业风险控制系统；推行以人为本的人力资源管理策略；加强内部审计的独立性，建立与现代企业制度相适应的内部审计模式，提高企业内部控制的效果和效率。

Though nowadays microwave therapy apparatus has realized digital control technically, the control result is not perfect because of the characteristic of microwave source and other factors. With the highly informatization of medicine, all kinds of medical apparatuses need computers to manage the medical data. The new kind of microwave therapy apparatus in this thesis has not only realized the steady control of microwave output power, but also developed a remedial record database management system based on LabVIEW, which has realized the medical informatization.

目前的微波治疗机虽然技术上实现了数字化控制，但是由于微波源本身的特性以及其它因素，控制效果并不理想；随着医疗信息化的快速发展，各种医疗仪器还需要进行医疗数据的计算机管理，本文介绍的新型微波治疗机，不但实现了微波功率的控制调节稳定，而且开发了基于LabVIEW平台的病例资料档案的数据库管理系统，实现了医疗的信息化管理。

In the first part of this paper, we concentrate on the categories and character of operational risk, discuss the important affect on financial institution. The present situation of operational risk management in Chinese financial institution is also briefly introduced. In the second part of this paper, the strategy, organization structure and management process of operational risk management is discussed, and some main methodology and system of the internal control of operational risk management in international financial institution are listed here.

At the early of the Intelligent Building development, every sub-system has a small scale and a few simple control objects which can be managed by people or half automation, but with the expanding of the sub-systems scale, more and more distributed control objects and equipments, many reduplicate signal cables for voice, data and control is laid, it becomes more difficult to manage and maintain, so it is needed to manage equipments and expand functions by the integration of all kinds of equipments and sub-systems in the building.

The ninth chapter contains the author's general study based on micro-level credit management. On the basis of summarizing the theories and methods for each procedure of credit risk control, referring to the recent total risk management concept in western countries, and with his years' of work experience, the author puts forward the theory of TRC that is based on micro-level credit management and the principles for the building of TRC.
