The results reveal the single organizational and manage ment system, less management in Basic level unions (department, faculty sports a ssociations), inadequate knowledge of leaders on organization and management, an d research capability, less sources of funding and unreasonable disbursement. I tis suggested that higher education institutes should reform sports organizationand management system to promote sports activities.
