Abstract］ Objective To study the early diagnosis and surgical treatment of intraspinal tumor.

目的 探讨椎管内肿瘤的早期诊断及手术治疗方法方法对2002～2006年在我院手术治疗的42例椎管内肿瘤患者的病例资料进行分析，其中男22例，女20例，年龄17～66岁，平均36岁。

Objective To analyze the MR imaging features of intraspinal occupying lesion and evaluate the diagnostic value of MRI.

目的：分析椎管内占位性病变的MRI特征，评价MR在椎管内占位性病变中的诊断价值。

Material and methods we reviewed 65 patients with intraspinal occupying lesion confirmed by surgical findings and pathologic findings.

Volunteers who successful completed the initial recruitment phase provided a blood sample collected from the antcubital vein into siliconized evacuated tubes containing 0.5 ml of 0.1 M buffered sodium citrate by a phlebotomist following an overnight fast.

通过上述测试及调查的志愿者需要提供一份血样，由静脉切开，放血师从前肘的静肪内采集血液放入奔赴化处理试管内，试管内有0.5lnl，O.1M的柠檬酸钠缓冲液，然后放置一晚。

Results 5 cases of ependymocytoma, 3 cases of astrocytoma, 1 medulloblastoma hemangioblastoma in 10 cases of intra-medullary tumor; 36 cases of neurogenic tumor, 11 cases of spinal meningioma in 47 cases of subdural extramedullary tumor; 2 cases of neurogenic tumor strided over scleromeninx;2 cases of extradural metastatic tumor, 1 cestodiasis, 2 cases of epidural hematoma, which were mistaken for hemangioma before surgical operation and 1 vascular malformation in 4 cases of intraspinal nontumorous occupying lesion.

结果：10例髓内肿瘤中，室管膜瘤5例；星形细胞瘤3例；血管母细胞瘤1例；成神经管细胞瘤1例。47例脊髓外硬膜下肿瘤中，神经源性肿瘤36例；脊膜瘤11例。2例跨硬膜内外生长的神经源性肿瘤2例。硬膜外的转移瘤2例。4例椎管内非肿瘤性占位性病变中，椎管内绦虫病1例；硬膜外血肿2例，术前误为血管瘤；血管畸形1例。

It was demonstrated from the experiment that as adding Fe3O4+Al system with 15%addition in the raw Fe2O3+Al system,properties of lined ceramics of curved composition pipes could reach or exceed ones of that produced with chemically pure Fe2O3+Al system.
