Results Eleven cases of TBMN in children were showed as isolated hematuria, glomerule with normal appearance or slight change and characterized by diffuse thin basement membrane in ultrastructural observation( the thickness of GBM＜ 200 nm, and dense-layer＜ 100 nm).

结果：11例小儿TBMN临床主要表现为单纯血尿，无其它明显的阳性体征，光镜下肾小球无明显改变或轻微异常，未见蛋白管型，包曼囊内及肾小管腔内可见渗出的红细胞，电镜下GBM广泛变薄，平均厚度＜200 nm，致密层厚度＜100 nm。

目的 通过对100例胆囊及肝外胆管正常结构尚存在的患者ERCP图像资料进行归纳和分析，探讨胆囊手术术前了解肝外胆道系统形态及变异的重要性。方法选出100例胆囊及肝外胆管正常结构尚存在的患者图像，对其形态、汇合位置进行分析。结果 100例患者图像中肝外胆管显示清晰者97例(97%)，3例因胆总管下端开口松弛导致大量气泡进入胆道，但肝外胆管大体形态显示尚清晰，胆囊及胆囊管显示清晰者87例(87%)，13例(13%)仅部分显示胆囊或胆囊管。结论 ERCP可以清晰显示肝外胆管及胆囊管的形态及变异情况，对于胆囊手术术前了解肝外胆道系统形态及变异有重要价值。 ERCP；胆囊管；肝外胆管

Methods 169 patients underwent subclavian venepuncture in the treatment of bone marrow transplantation.78 of them were designed as study group and 91 patients as control group.In study group,the technique of inserting catheters was improved as comparison as routine method.

将169例锁骨下静脉插管的患者按不同的插管方法进行分组：试验组（78例）和对照组（91例），对照组按常规的插管方法进行插管，试验组在常规的操作方法上进行了改进。

Part I: Characterization of the stability and biocompatibility of PLGA conduits.1 Artificial nerve conduits were successfully fabricated using two different copolymer ratios of PLGA(85:15 and 50:50)(lactide:glycolide).2 Degradation of PLGA(85:15) and PLGA(50:50) conduits were examined in vitro for 12 weeks in phosphate buffered saline at 37℃, pH 7.4 and in vivo for up to 8 weeks following implantation into the rat dorsal muscle.

结果显示：①体内外降解条件下，PLGA(50：50)管吸水率、失重率及生物降解率显著高于PLGA(85：15)管；②两种材料样品体内生物降解率显著高于体外降解率；③扫描电镜观察显示，随降解时间延长，材料样品表现为特征性的虫蚀样破坏并进行性加重，以PLGA（50：50）管尤为明显。

Results Compared with normal group and sham operated control groups, BrdU positive and Nestin positive cells were increased in the hippocampus, dentate subgranular zone and subependymal zone in operated groups after 24 hours of reperfusion of omni-cerebral ischemia.

结果 脑缺血再灌流24 h后，海马、齿状回和室管膜下区的BrdU阳性细胞和Nestin阳性细胞增多，7～10 d达到高峰，术后20 d仍有表达；在室管膜下区，BrdU阳性细胞和Nestin 阳性细胞有向皮质、海马迁移的现象。

Results compared with normal group and sham operated control groups, brdu positive and nestin positive cells were increased in the hippocampus, dentate subgranular zone and subependymal zone in operated groups after 24 hours of reperfusion of omni-cerebral ischemia. the expression of brdu and nestin reached a peak 7-10 days after the operation, and could still be detected 20 days after the operation. the migration of brdu positive and nestin positive cells to the cerebral cortex and hippocampus was observed in subependymal region.

结果 脑缺血再灌流24 h后，海马、齿状回和室管膜下区的brdu阳性细胞和nestin阳性细胞增多，7～10 d达到高峰，术后20 d仍有表达；在室管膜下区，brdu阳性细胞和nestin 阳性细胞有向皮质、海马迁移的现象。

Methods: Under X-ray imitating the tubal catheterizing process in TV-GIFT and according to the fluroscopy metal catheter wire displayed and contrast medium injected to judge if the catheterization being successful. A KJITS-5000 catheter system was used in 21 sterility patients. The success rate of catheterization and the judgement criteria in imitating group were compared with those in 30 cases of TV-GIFT(TV-GIFT group).
