From the starting value selection method in the Fuzzy ISODATA algorithm, used the method of maximal matrix element to ascertain the number of classification, the theoretical analysis of repeated test, and finally, the improved fuzzy ISODATA algorithm is obtained. The algorithm reduced sensitivity to the starting value. The algorithm can highly effective clustering analyze and obtains a stable result, so it presents an efficient way of improving the contribution value of custom service.

研究中先对模糊ISODATA聚类演算法中，初始划分矩阵和分类数的确定，并使用最大矩阵元素法，求得最佳化演算法中其他参数值，最后在CRM系统实际验证和分析中，采用本研究改良之模糊ISODATA聚类演算法，对汽车销售公司实施客户模组分类，经实验证明所得到的聚类结果，可有效解决一般聚类方法受限於参数设定敏感度的困扰，并使聚类精确度提高，有效排除杂讯敏感的影响，使聚类效果大幅提升，可帮助行销人员做出预测，制订出针对客户差异化的行销策略，提高客户服务的贡献价值。

In order to speed up the convergence speed, the each one step of the Landwber iteration is discomposed into the matrix computation and solution and a quick iteration scheme is given for the matrix computation. The relevant accelerated algorithm is given too. Numerical example proves that the accelerated algorithm can quicken convergence speed, reduce the calculation burden, and overcome the obstacle of application of Landweber method of iterated regularization.

为了加快Landweber迭代收敛速度，将每一步Landweber迭代分解为矩阵计算和求解，对矩阵计算部分设计了一种快速迭代格式，并给出了相应的加速算法，通过数值实验验证了这种算法能够大大加快收敛速度，有效的减少计算量，解决了Landweber迭代正则化方法在实际应用中的障碍。

Meanwhile, the host computer accomplishes the management of complicated data and control of single-chip computer, and with the use of Microsoft Communications Control provided by VC++, the communication between single-chip computer and personal computer is accomplished. Fifthly, by using systematic algorithm of MATLAB editable intelligent fire alarm system M file, and the user surface of VC++ intelligent fire alarm system, and also with the mixed program of MATLAB and VC++, the combination of the intelligent fusion algorithm and the visible surface is realized and the final judgment results are shown on the user interface. Lastly, the experiments about the effectiveness and reliability of intelligent fire alarm system shows that the system can distinguish fire, glow fire and non-fire source and that reducing the proportion of misreport is realized.

通过VC++提供的串行通信控件MSComm，完成了上位机和下位机之间的串口通信；(5)利用MATLAB编辑智能火灾报警系统算法M文件，再通过VC++设计智能火灾报警系统的用户界面，最后利用MATLAB和VC++混合编程，实现了智能融合算法与可视化界面的结合，将最终判断结果显示在用户界面上；(6)对开发的智能火灾报警系统的有效性和可靠性实验结果表明，该系统可以准确区分明火、阴燃火和非火灾源，对不同类型的火灾都具有较高的灵敏度，达到了降低误报率的目的。

This paper also studies in detail the problem of building concept lattice, and two efficient algorithms are developed. Moreover, several extended model of concept lattice are presented to handle the problems in data processing, such as the missing value and the structured domain of attribute.

Supposed stochastic variations are perturbed in a small range, we can get a nonlinear equation of these stochastic variations by using a Taylor series or a Neumann series expansion of the system matrix. The application of perturbation techniques translates this nonlinear equation into a pair of constant linear recursive equations. Then we have written a paper "Stochastic Finite Element Method for Interconnect Including Variational Analysis" which has been contributed to 11th Asia and South Pacific Design Automation Conference.
