The effects of Cortex phellodendri alkaloid on splenic lymphocyte proliferation after heat stress were detected by MTT chromatometry.On the basis of the above detection,CPAs extracted by limewater,ethanol,sulfuric acid water and the mixture of sulfuric acid-and-ethanol were choosen.

采用MTT法测定了热应激后小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖的情况，以此作为醇提、碱提、酸醇提、酸提4种提取方法所得黄柏生物碱的筛选依据；采用ELISA法测定了醇提黄柏生物碱对热应激后小鼠脾淋巴细胞IFN-γ、IL-4分泌水平的动态影响。

In this work, GC-MS, ICP-OES, UV-Visible Spectrophotometry were employed to determine the trace concentrations of the above six hazardous substances, and a standard method system for screening primarily, extraction, qualitative and quantitative analyses of the six substances was established and their factors were analyzed. By evaluating the relative standard deviation, recovery, repeatability, limit of detection, linear relation etc., the optimum parameters were given and thus the precision of analysis was equal to or higher than the IEC 62321 standard, meeting the requirement of RoHS.

针对中国电子电气业在遵守RoHS符合性实践中存在的诸多问题，本文采用GC-MS，ICP-OES，UV-Visible分光光度法等，对我国南方和香港地区各类电子电气产品中六种有害物质进行痕量分析，建立了一套标准的六种有害物质初步筛选、萃取、定性、定量分析方法，并对此方法体系的影响因素进行分析，对其相对标准偏差、回复率、再现率、检出限、线性关系等进行评估，得出了优化测试参数，在此条件下其检测的精密度达到或高于国际IEC 62321标准，满足RoHS测试要求。

In this study, we found out that linalool, a small-molecule compound, could inhibit the growth of various human lymphocyte leukemia cell lines significantly. Meanwhile, it showed little toxicity to normal hematopoietic cells. To determine effects of linalool on the growth of a serious of human leukemia cell lines and normal hematopoietic cells and to explore its possible mechanisms, we employed various technologies, including MTT assay, Flow cytometry, Human Cancer PathwayFinder II Gene Array, Western Blot, RT-PCR and so on.

我们在筛选抗肿瘤小分子化合物时，发现天然小分子化合物芳樟醇能明显抑制多种人淋巴细胞白血病细胞增殖，而对正常人骨髓造血细胞及外周血细胞的增殖没有明显的影响，为此我们用MTT技术、流式细胞术、肿瘤相关信号通路分析技术以及Western blot、RT-PCR等手段和方法探讨了芳樟醇对不同类型白血病细胞系及相应正常造血细胞中的影响情况，及其诱导白血病细胞凋亡的可能分子机制。

Field data of pedestrian flow was collected in Chinese comprehensive passenger transport terminal—Xizhimen underground station using video recording, and then selected and analyzed by statistic analysis software SPSS. Parameters relation models for pedestrian flow on different terminal facilities were established based on data statistics. The results show that the pedestrian flow-density relation model is quadratic equation in corridor; the flow-space relation model is quadratic equation when space is below a certain value and is logarithmic equation when space is above the value; the speed-density relation model is linear equation. The models on stairs show the similar characteristics, but the eigenvalue is different.
