目的：对海南省新生儿疾病筛查情况进行分析，了解海南省新生儿苯丙酮尿症、先天性甲状腺功能低下症、葡萄糖6-磷酸脱氢酶缺乏症(G-6-PDD)的发病率。方法：对出生72h后的7412名新生儿采集足跟血制作血滤纸干标本，PKU筛查采用荧光定量法检测滤纸干血斑中Phe含量；CH筛查采用时间分辨荧光免疫法检测滤干血斑中TSH含量；G6PD缺乏的筛查采用荧光斑点定性试验测定G6PD活性。
